I got the Roseda Roast after seeing it in Bethesda magazine. Definitely worth the $16 in terms of size and taste. Also got the Godzilla and it is a beast! The most meat piled on delicious bread and fixings that I've ever seen, all for under $20! Service can be hit or miss. When I picked up my food it took a while before someone came over to the counter, and I had to speak up to be serviced, so expect to ask for service. Ambiance is a tiny shop feel, so if you're hoping to eat there, you need to find a bench outside. Still, for the price and taste, this is a must visit in my book.

When they finally do they act as if they're doing you a favor by taking your order...no smile, no welcome in...nothing. One time I was there, several people were in the store and the workers were laughing and talking behind the counter. About three minutes went by before I asked if someone could hand me my order. Right after that a customer who had been there before me asked if they could order, so there's no telling how long they had been waiting before I spoke up. It's never a pleasant experience. It's a local neighborhood spot so I try to support but at this point they're playing in my face.

There's a variety of chips available and a soda fountain with free refills. Limited seating. The staff there were friendly and appreciative of the business. It's a really nice place to stop in for a sandwich. I likely will try one of their entree salads next time. Breakfasts sound good on the menu also. We don't come to the area often, but this will be our new go-to lunch spot.

I just waited and waited. When nobody would ever come make me a sandwich I just had enough. I went to another restaurant near by and got food. I'm going to be here in College Park for 10 months staying at a hotel living on Per Diem for food. I give out a lot of repeat business for food, and Potbelly would be on the list for 2-3 times a week. That is now out. If I can't get served or it takes so long to get a sandwich I just won't go there. There is a lot of money that will be going to other near by restaurants. When a customer comes in, they don't want to wait around forever.
