The most amazing service I have ever received! I'm a southern woman and hospitality is a big deal to me. Not only is the food amazing, the special desserts, the fresh made food from the deli counter, (steak & cheese!!!!) but the staff goes above and beyond to help you choose what's best for you. They go above and beyond to make you feel apart of the family. You will not be disappointed.!!

I love supporting local spots! This place is no frills located in the back of a shopping center. There are a couple of free parking spots out front and then a paid lot nearby. Friendly staff that truly gives a family owned vibes. My go to is usually a turkey sandwich or steak and cheese (both have not disappointed) They also have a deli counter where you can buy sliced meats, cheeses, and olives. Def recommend!

my fav sandwich shop ever!! It never fails me, it's always so clean and organized whenever I go, and the ladies who make the sandwich are super friendly! the sandwich is so good, I'm usually a sandwich + fries kind of girl but I just sub in some chips since they don't have fries and It's still good. The meat is juicy and my sandwich is NEVER DRY. I always get the steak and cheese please if you're new to the area or just want to try new food spots out, please visit!

Thursday 10/12/2023 I saw that they had won the best subs in moco and I had to try it out for myself. The service was decent. While I was waiting for my subs, The owner came in and was friendly. I ended up getting a Philly steak n cheese sub (with everything on it and mayo) $12.50 and a meatball sub $11.95. The philly steak n cheese sub was horrible and highly disappointing. On the other hand, the meatball sub was pretty good and was what I was expecting from the winners of the best subs in moco. Steak n cheeses definitely aren't their specialty BUT the meatball sub is for sure. I can't say I agree with the best subs in moco label but they are still pretty good if you are talking about the meatball sub. I could see myself returning and I'd recommend people come by to try the meatball sub (avoid the steak n cheese).

Somehow, I've lived ten minutes away from this place for years and never heard of it until today, at which point I had to stop in. It's in a little bit of a rundown strip along Triangle Rd in Wheaton. Confusingly, all the parking spots in front are numbered and marked reserved -- it turns out that each shop gets 2-3 spots in front. But there's also a pay lot down the way. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming when I went in, and immediately offered to help. A little kid came in and was treated to cookies. It's that kinda old fashioned, neighbourhood place. I got a couple of canoli, which were delicious (though maybe a bit sweeter than I am used to), and a big assortment of cheese and salumi. Prosciutto de Parma, Capicola, and more! Also free mozzarella balls, big bundles of cheese, and some fresh pasta. Haven't eaten it all yet, but I will... soon. :)

This place deserves all the praise. It's fast friendly and consistent. Going back to order the subs, they recommended the panino as being most popular. And after the first bite, they were correct. It was probably the best Italian sub in Moco. I should of gotten extra meat for an extra $2 in hindsight. Tomatoes and onions were crisp fresh and refreshing. Get the large if your hungry, the half will not fill you up. Parking can be tight, becareful to not park in the other business spots.

Ordered a regular roast beef sub, it was excellent! Thinly sliced tomatoes and onions with a great sauce. I would definitely go back again

Great Italian deli. Good place to stop for food between 2 baseball games. Italian cookies were made well and above average cold cuts.

Overall, I had a decent experience at this Lidl...considering the circumstances…read more I visited this Lidl a few hours before the big snow storm of Jan 2026 was expected to hit. Having seen pictures of other local grocery stores with bare shelves, I was not expecting much from the Lidl. To be frank, I visited to pick up some dishwasher pods and some winter storm snacks. To my shock, I was quite surprised to see that the grocery store still had plenty of staples (e.g., milk, eggs, veggies, bottled water, beef, etc.). I thought the store was pretty easy to navigate, and I did not have much difficulty finding what I need. Although the general layout of the store was "easy", I thought the shelves were a bit disorganized. However, I think the disorganization might have been due to folks picking over products prior to the storm. So, I can cut the store some slack in that aspect. Regarding pricing, I thought the prices (especially for the generic products) were significantly lower that other grocery stores in the area. Even the reusable bags were cheap. Normally the big reusable bags are like a couple of bucks at other popular stores in the area; however, they were 89 cents at this location. Although the grocery store shares a parking lot with a gym, I thought there was plenty of free parking. Since this grocery store is super close to another business that I frequent in the area, I have a feeling that Lidl might become my go-to grocery store.

This is not only the worst lidl but may actually be the worst grocery store in Montgomery county…read more From poorly stocked items, a dirty store, an entry door never working, it's clear that the Lidl corporation does not view residents of this part of the county to be worthy of any investment. This is especially evident when visiting locations in Bethesda, Takoma, or College Park. The parking lot is a dumping ground, carts are strewn everywhere, there are at most 2 registers opened. They did recently install self checkout but because of the lack of open registers, that line is also terribly long. If you can afford to go elsewhere then you should do yourself a favor and do so. Literally any of the aldi stores are a comparable cost and are a much better experience.

I normally don't shop at Safeway because the stores always seem rather dark and the aisles narrow,…read morebut we decided to check out the relatively new one in Wheaton. There is a parking garage underneath the store and you either take an elevator or a steep escalator up to the ground level. There is what I guess is a security device at the entrance and exits to the store. It's much brighter and bigger than most of the Safeways I've been to. We entered near the deli section. There were a number of prepared meals that looked really good, a full service deli and already packaged selections. The bakery had plenty of desserts and sweets but it didn't seem like there were a lot of breads. Maybe I just missed something. We browsed through the meat department and went up and down the aisles. The floral department didn't have as large of a selection as a nearby store but what they did have looked fresh. We didn't really need much and had little interaction with employees. We did ask a lady in the produce section for the code to the rest room and she unlocked it for us. We were intrigued with the bargain book bin and selected a few novels and a cookbook. Near the self checkout I couldn't resist a very cute dish towel. I'm not crazy about garage parking and am very familiar with my go-to grocery store so I doubt this will be my regular store, but it may be nice for a change once in a while.

The store is small and the aisles are crammed together. I was carrying a basket and not using a shopping cart. It would have felt more challenging navigating a cart in smaller aisles. I like the personal interaction with a cashier. So many stores are encouraging customers to use the self check out. I had a few issues ringing up items. The employee was nice when helping me. Watch out for other drivers when getting back on Georgia Ave.
