The microgreens, the sauce and the square Tostada works well all together. 8.8/10 Salmon - Cooked perfectly. The corn is a great accompaniment. The fish is impeccably seasoned. I think it had pineapple (not my preference) so I'd ask to leave that out next time. After a couple other dinner meal misses, I decided to come back a 2nd night.
