We regularly visit this location. Never had anything but a great meal. I particularly like lunch as it's a much slower pace but service be hit or miss. Not bad, just not exceptional like dinner. Had a great lunch on a Saturday. Food was awesome and the waiter was just perfect. Don't let the strip mall location change your mind. This IS the place. read more

This was our 1st time eating here and it was AMAZING. Authentic Italian - the smell of the bread when they brought it to the table was just the beginning of the experience. Our salads were delish - the Caesar dressing was one of the best I've had. We visited twice back-to-back during our stay in Cedar City and made reservations both times. During our first visit, I ordered the Veal Marsala, and my boyfriend ordered the Black & Bleu Filet Mignon. My dish was so-so, but his filet mignon was mouthwatering delicious. It had a perfect cook with just the right amount of blue cheese and sat in a creamy sauce with a side pasta in red sauce that was just ok. Awesome dish overall, especially for the price. We went back a second time so I could order the Black & Bleu Filet Mignon this time. This time, the filet mignon was crusted with way more blue cheese, making the flavor a bit too strong and not quite as good as last time. Oddly rather than a side pasta, it now came served over fettuccini. This was actually way better than the side pasta, and seems to be how the dish was meant to be served based on the menu/Yelp. Our assumption is that they ran out of fettuccini the night before, hence the replacement of a side pasta. The food here is very good, though perhaps not super consistent. However, we'll still come back again if staying in Cedar City. read more

We didn't know what to expect because we're not from the area, so we went off of Yelp reviews and decided to give this place a try as a nice dinner while on vacation. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, from the free bread to the affordable salads to the divine pasta to the rich desserts. Portions were huge, and the service was great to boot. We loved the alfredo and the carbonara the most. The lava cake and limoncello were heaven. The prices are higher than some, but we didn't think they were out of line at all. We enjoyed the best meal we had on a 6 State 4 week trip around the Western US! We checked into the Cedar City KOA, unhooked our TOAD and headed over here after a recommendation by the KOA staff... and verifying on Yelp that this was a likely good choice for a great meal. Setting is nondescript... nothing fancy... in a strip mall with easy access back to town. Spotless... Frank Sinatra music... excellent service... it started off great. I ordered the NY Steak, Sinatra style... with sauteed mushrooms... and a white cream sauce Linguine that was outstanding. The steak was honestly the best steak I have been served in a restaurant in my entire life. The Mushrooms were cooked perfectly... and the steak (medium rare) was served piping hot! My wife ordered Conchiglie Ripiene (Ricotta and Spinach stuffed pasta shells) and it was as pretty a meal as I've ever seen plated... and was cooked to perfection. Two glasses of wine... and finished off with a Spumoni that was excellent. This was the surprise of our entire trip. If you live anywhere near here... put this on the special event calendar. Birthday, anniversary, just make up any reason.... this is a dining treat! I'm positive that because there are so many things to see around Cedar City... that we will be back... and another visit here... will be for certain. read more

We were here on April 20th. Read all the reviews and saw that it was supposed to be a pretty good place to eat. My husband ordered the lobster ravioli with a lobster tail, and I ordered the black and blue filet mignon with vegetables and pesto mashed along with a Uve salad. The salad was excellent, my husband said the ravioli was great however the bowl was filled with sauce and only four ravioli hardly a meal. He said the lobster tail was great dipped in the sauce I guess that's why there was so much sauce. When my state came out The plate look like a bowl of pink slop. The sauce with the onions and the mushrooms had split and curdled, the vegetables were covered in it and the pesto mashed potatoes were also covered and dredged in it. The potatoes if you could scrape the sauce off we're excellent, the vegetables that work covered in the sauce were very good. The steak, had a lot of gristle in it and was difficult to chew in spots. I couldn't believe they were calling this a center cut filet mignon. For the price you would have expected a more appealing plate, a couple more ravioli and a sauce that hadn't curdled and split. My steak was supposed to be topped with walnuts I found two. The bright side was the service was absolutely excellent. The other thing I want to note is that this was prom night and they were super busy, however it's not an excuse to serve a plate that's looks so unappealing. We got stuck with a flat tire in between Bryce and this Cedar City place. We were craving good food and saw they had good reviews but we quickly realized it was the wrong choice. The food was decent but it wasn't great. The seafood in the pasta smelled old and was unremarkable. My eggplant parmigiana was sad but I still ate it. My family and I decided to stop by here on our way to Las Vegas from Bryce Canyon. We came for dinner on Memorial Day so we made reservations in advance just in case. It wasn't necessary as there weren't that many people. The interior is decorated very nicely, real classy. The building itself looks new. Our server, Lidia, was very nice and friendly. The bread they gave us was a variant of garlic bread. It wasn't bad but I prefer regular Italian bread. They had the fancy olive oil dip instead of butter. We ordered two salads and two pastas for a party of three people. The salads were at a very reasonable price of $4. We ordered the Gorgonzola and the Della Casa. The dressing for the Gorgonzola was too salty for my tastes but my dad seemed to enjoy it. Same goes for the Della Casa. Of the two, though, I preferred the Della Casa. One of the reasons we decided to eat here was because they had Linguini alla Vongole on the menu. We ordered that in red sauce and the Linguini Frutti di Mare with white sauce. When the Vongole came out, we were disappointed because it did not look like the way it should be if it was made "right". The sauce was too creamy and marinara-like. In our experience, the best tasting ones have a more liquidy sauce. We were right. While it didn't taste bad, it wasn't what it should be. We liked the Frutti di Mare much better. Overall, we had an okay time here. It's more like 3 1/2 stars. Like I said, the Frutti di Mare was pretty good. It just didn't live up to the high star rating. read more

This place was very good. We ordered the stuffed shells and the pasta primavera. The shells were supposed to have spinach in it, but they only put a little on top. Would have liked more spinach. The bread was very good. We liked the olive oil. It had garlic in it and I believe rosemary or thyme. Gave it a little extra kick. They do not have a bar, only offer wine. On our way from Bryce to Zion we decided to stop in and check our Chef Alfredos. Wow! The Fettuccine All'aragosta was delicious. Everything we ate was amazing! I would give this place 10 stars out of 5! Wonderful bread and local wins (try the Seduction Red Blend). Service was top notch and huge thanks to our waitress Tarryn who made the experience so wonderful. She did a great job recommending dishes and wine paring. I was passing through Cedar City after spending Memorial Weekend at Zion National Park. So of course after all that activity, hunger kicked in. Cedar City was the closest place, and I was soooo lucky to find this place open on Memorial Day. The inside was lovely and cute. I had the Gamberretti e Grancho Alfredo and I thought it was simply amazing. I'm a big seafood lover and this pasta had all the Alfredo natural taste and a strong flavor of seafood, which I prefer quite honestly. I thought the flavors mixed together perfectly. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, not dry and over cooked, just tender, and the crab meat was delicious. The portions are good size as well. The significant other had a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon recommended by the waitress to pair. The Mondavi Sauvignon Blanc was nothing to rave about. The 11 year old had the Polpette Trio, marinara on the side. She gobbled up the fried mozzarella easily! The meatballs were well seasoned. The yellow or golden zucchinis, we weren't too fond of. They were not as flavorful as the green zucchinis we're typically used to. The portions were very generous. My white sauce Fruitti Di Mare was briny and well seasoned but the thick sauce was unusual to the palate. Maybe it's a regional thing because the SO's red sauce was also thick, I believe it was marinara sauce based. This one did not perform as we had anticipated. Thus the three stars.
