Some Saturdays, they open up from 11 to 2pm and grace the world with their chocolate confections. What is really wonderful is that they have samples out of everything and really encourage you to try each item. The fillings are bursting with flavor, the shells of the chocolate so perfectly tempered. They have a whole section of nut inspired treats! You have to try the smores. It was super unique. If you are able to make it over, you won't be disappointed and can leave with a treat for yourself or a really special gift for someone you care about.

I received a response from someone else named Jill informing me she wasn't associated with this company. So it really seems like you just schedule people for the wrong event, charge them 100 bucks and then ignore them into eternity. A complete FAILURE of customer service. I would like my money back and WILL NOT be recommending these classes to anyone. This is ludicrous and I can't tell you how frustrating this is. I went to one of her free classes at Whole Foods today. She was funny, charming and entertaining for two straight hours of vegan cooking. On the menu was salad, dressing and jambalaya. You might think learning about how to make salad would be a snoozefest, but Mayra knows how to make it fun and delicious. She doesn't measure ingredients, adds whatever she (or her audience) wants and throws in all sorts of tips during the session. She encourages everyone to try vegan food (or go vegan) by being passionate and excited, but not preaching. She and her team made every effort to ensure their guests were fed, able to ask questions and had a good time. She said she's opening a restaurant downtown in July--looking forward to that! Chef Mayra definitely cooks with lots of yummy ingredients and love.

You can feel all the textures and delicious seabass. I would love to come back to try more appetizers and rolls, while getting another treasure box. The wait for food was longer than we typically expect during non peak meal hours but the food was well worth the wait. For reference, we arrived at 3:45 pm on a Friday and our treasure box didn't arrive until 25 minutes after we ordered. We did the get the appetizer before that. We also finished inhaling the treasure box before our roll came. It's a fancy feel in the restaurant so I can understand relaxed dining pace. Service was great. I love hearing recommendations and our server was very attentive and courteous. I highly recommend you dine here, it's pricey and well worth the time and travel in my opinion.
