I love this place! You can find anything you want for your home or business kitchen here and at reasonable prices! I'm like a kid in a candy store here! I've lived right down the street from here and never knew this gem was here until I looked for a knife sharpening service. They offer knife sharpening not only super inexpensively but also at super fast turnaround times!! I took my knife in on Saturday, they said it would go out on Monday and would probably return on Thursday but could return sooner, they would let me know. They called me on Tuesday that it was ready for pickup, one day turnaround!! That's awesome!!! When I went to go pick it up, when I walked through the door, they knew who I was and had my knife ready on the counter for me ready to check out! Awesome customer service!! The knife turned out amazing, it didn't need a sharpening, it was brand new, it was a gift that I received but unknowingly had been dropped before I received it and the tip completely bent over on itself. The tip needed to be cut off and blended back in to the rest of the blade so that it was not noticeable and still a nice sharp tip. It turned out amazing, unnoticeable and very sharp!! Awesome work, ever inexpensively!! I will be taking all my other knives there for sharpening when needed for sure!! Thank you for your amazing customer service and awesome knife sharpening service!

Costco is definitely a good place to get items in bulk. My go to staples are always the toilet…read morepaper, laundry items, sparkling beverages, dairy and eggs. As for fresh produce I've noticed that they will go bad if you don't consume them as fast. So items like fresh fruits and vegetables are better elsewhere unless you have a family of 4 or more it's going to be hard to finish all that fresh produce before it spoils. Another great place to buy frozen products as they are definitely cheaper here. I've gotten fresh lobster tails and long crab legs here before. They also have good Kirkland wings that are delicious when cooked in the air fryer. Bulk lasagna is good for parties. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to get the Beechera Mac and Cheese and it's so delicious! Out of all the grocery stores I've been to , Costco freshly cooked rotisserie chicken here is the largest and most moist. Great for dinner and the leftovers are good for sandwhich or to make chicken salad for later. There's a food court at this location and it's always busy. You order at the kiosk and wait in line to pick up your food. They still got the $1.50 hot dog and drink combo so that's good. During the holidays that have deals on electronics so it's good to browse their sale and advertising online to see what's on sale in store. This location is the worst for parking. Out of all the Costco I've been to this place is just super crowded so you have to be patient when finding a space. Also patience is needed to return items here as there's always a long line. Unless you have executive membership and come right at opening be prepared to wait in a long return line.

I stood there for a minute and tried to scan. Soon there were several people behind me. Soon those people behind me were getting anxious. Finally a Costco member said there was another line open over a few feet away. I left the self checkout lane and walked over to the regular checkout lane. By the time I got there, there were several people ahead of me. I had to wait another 10 minutes. Finally a cashier rang up my order, being efficient and certainly not friendly. And then I put in my credit card. It was rejected again and again and again. I thought the card was bad. I started calling my credit card company. And, Not only did I get the aggravation of the people behind me, but the Costco cashier stopped me and in a rude voice, read me the riot act about how I needed to have a Costco credit card. Lastly, on my way out, I saw employees checking off all sorts of people's receipts. I started making my way out, bypassing the receipt checking. I was then rudely and physically pulled aside, threatened, and lectured on how that they have every right to check my receipt. To complete this review, I want to talk about selection and value. The selection doesn't matter so much to me--Costco usually has very little selection. It is the value which is the primary reason most people go to Costco. But to me it barely matters. When sales people and cashiers are downright rude to a customer, that makes the customer, especially me, shop at other places. These days my wife still insists on shopping at Costco. But I avoid Costco, even with their little free food taste testing stations and lower prices, it's just not worth my aggravation. One last complaint: I never buy food from the food court. I'm a vegetarian, and the only food I ever bought was their awful pizza. Never again. 0 out of 5 carrots.

Buckle up for a gushingly good review:…read more If, like me, you are remodeling your guest bathroom and have spent hours and hours and days and days searching for a vanity and sink without breaking the bank, YOU HAVE TO COME TO BUILDERS SURPLUS! I just walked out of the showroom and I am on Cloud Nine. SO relieved the search is over. I spent over an hour, looking up and down aisles and doubling back to look again and asking a bazillion questions. Multiple times an employee gently asked if I needed help and gladly stayed to answer my questions or moved on if not. Omar was trapped behind a workstation so couldn't escape me, but he answered every question with a smile, and Josh was beyond helpful with walking back n forth to ascertain the drawer pull sizes I wanted and giving me the estimate. To sum it up, Builders Surplus has an amazing number of choices on display (both bath and kitchen), reasonable pricing, and a very a personable and professional sales staff. If you are even remotely near here (I drove an hour and a half), shop here!
