He approached our vehicle, we let him know we would be moving the car shortly (we moved it in less than 3 minutes. Keep in mind he had no customers. He proceeded to harass us with multiple children in the car, and took pictures of our license plate. If his attitude is any indicator, it explains why this place has no business. This stinks to high heaven. First off, I don't want your rebate, I want to get my car worked on. Second, why without the rebate can I not get through. Great old school guys running an honest shop. Got my car fixed the same day. This is my second time here and haven't been disappointed once.

My car ac stoped blowing to its Max properly on a Friday and they were literally the only shop that would see my car same day. It's Arizona I really didn't care about price as long as it was done!!! They informed me my blower motor was damaged even showed me the part and I agreed to get it replaced. Owner calls for part gives me this whole spiel about how much part cost and what discount he will give me plus labor. Said it was a two hr job ?! I sat their the entire time part took a few hrs to get to shop and the instal less than 30 mins, but whatever got it done, I wasn't gonna argue. I am a female so must have thought I couldn't tell time. As soon as my car was done the ac was still not blowing to its max!!! I went inside and informed them of my issues and the owner went to my car and felt the ac and said !! Give it some time to adjust?! And it's cold?! Yes I know it's cold!!! But it was on Max blowing as if it was on number 1 the lowest level?! He should have fixed it right than and there , not tell me to wait till Monday if it keeps blowing like that!!! I paid for my services and expected it to be repaired!!! I was so upset and made an appointment with the dodge dealership for professional mechanics to repair. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results." Dodge luckily took my car in that Monday and informed me it was not installed properly!! The motor was blowing the opposite way?! It was corrected that same day!! And blew perfectly after that. It doesn't end there!! The part I paid for had a 2 year warranty !! My ac was going on and off briefly for a few minutes just after a few months later ;work done in April it's now July... I didn't dare to even think about taking it back even with a warranty I would be insane to do that. Took it to dodge dealership and they informed me it was a faulty/ failed blower motor!! Just wow !!! It was replaced and thankgod for my dodge warranty !!!! If you want something done right and your concerns addressed properly don't go here and not to mention the guy was nice to me but boy was he one of the rudest people I've ever met when other potential customers came to his door. I was astounded at how Unprofessional someone can be. I will never trust small shops like this and my dad warned me to never go to no refund!!! My car transports all 3 of my children to and from school every day. I came here with the hope that I would find a mechanic close to home that was affordable and reliable. This is not the one. I will stay VERY far away from this company. Jeff was an ok person to talk to. Rough personality, but I don't judge. I stayed friendly with him. I saw they offered free inspection on AC so I came here to find the problem. Once they saw that my knobs and buttons weren't the problem, NOW comes the $170 dollar inspection fee for looking into more in depth possibilities on why its not working. Isn't this USUALLY the case? So then I am told that if there is anything found to be wrong with it they can put that $170 towards the cost of the repair. I told him I had to get my kids from school that day and I could come back Monday for actual repair. He said that since I was leaving he couldn't put that money towards the actual repair. He said I can give you half off the 1 hr of labor that goes into the dye test. I'm like whatever, I need my AC fixed. I come back Monday and Jeff is not there. It's just Keith. I get charged another $173.27 for them to run dye through my system and tell me my compressor is leaking. Their solution to this problem in my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe is to replace my entire cooling system for $3,000!?! I spent close to $350 of my hard earned money just to get a diagnosis of my issue with my AC. You have to be kidding me. And then you throw at me that it's more than what my car is worth to fix it? These guys are clowns literally. My dad was a mechanic his whole working life. He raised me to despise people like this and I am hoping that my review will hopefully save someone out there, their hard earned money. Do NOT support this business. DO NOT use this shop!!! Jeff Wanted to charge me $500 over what the dealership is charging. Signed an agreement for diagnostic charge of $139 with tax included which they would take off if you get the repair done. and Jeff added this charge $167 as he added in other miscellaneous charges. There sign on the window says free AC inspection but do not believe this as they do not honor this.... Jeff acts like he is giving you a great deal...he will add all sorts of miscellaneous charges to the repair as he did with the diagnostic. The after market keyless entry system I had put in years ago was the component that was causing all of the issues I had been having with my car not starting. I took my car to Chelsee's ac & Brake Emporeum because my check engine light was on. I called before going in. I explained to Jeff that my car had failed emissions and was told that my diagnostic would be free. After getting there I was informed that the cost to 'diagnose' or run a smoke test would be about $170, which I hesitantly agreed to. The test smoke test was done and I was quoted a cost of $600+ for the test , part ($300 - Gas Neck) and repair. I was also told that if I paid to have it repaired, that I would covered for 2 years. I agreed. The part had to be ordered and waited for 3 to 4 hours for repairs to be completed. I was then told that the check engine light would 'probably' go off and on so I needed to drive it before getting a new emissions inspection, to ensure the light stayed off. I then asked if they knew anyone who could repair a windshield and Jeff was quick to tell me yes and the cost around $300 and I was told to come back the next morning at 9 am. I had my car there at 9, waited 3-4 hours before they told me that the windshield was not available and wouldn't be there until Monday. I again had my car there on Monday and the windshield was replaced with no issue. I also advised them that the check engine light never went off after their repair job on Thursday. They checked the car and told me that now my canister was bad and I had to pay for a new part ( Leaky Canister) and new labor costs. By this point I was unhappy. The mechanic said that I needed to talk with Jeff, who happened to be off that day. Well. Today I finally was able to speak with Jeff. He was very unprofessional and laughed when I told him I wasn't happy about the service. He stated that the car has many electrical parts and that my 'canister' went couldn't be seen leaking (because after they fixed it, there were no leaks) and probably went out afterwards. He continued to laugh and I told him that I was not laughing but instead very upset as I had just lost 3 family members. He yelled, "You are not the only one going through life problems, lady" I told him I was going to write a bad review. He got mad, called me rude and told me I didn't want to do that because that was a threat and that I was being recorded. I advised him that he had to disclose that 'all calls are recorded' at the beginning of the call, which he strongly denied. Now after paying almost $1,000 to Chelsee's A/C Brakes and Emporeum, I still have to find a reputable place to get my car repaired so that I can register it before I get any more fines piled up. They are Unprofessional, Rude and Incompetent, Swindlers! PS. Initially I went there to get my breathalyzer installed per the Intoxalock company thinking that this was gonna be a good choice when I arrive there I was bombarded with rules and regulations that made absolutely no sense nor were true at all the guy tried to tell me I couldn't get my oil change unless it was at his shop specifically he tried to tell me I cannot tint my windows because I've already been in trouble with the law and Intoxalock is going to email Phoenix Police Department and get me a ticket for my windows tinted He tried to tell me how he's an officer of the courts and an officer of the law and if I break any rules and regulations he will have me arrested or have my license suspended which obviously isn't true at all He told me I needed to call him and tell him any changes that were made with the vehicle I called and told him my license plate number had changed he had no clue what I was talking about and then he proceeded to tell me that he would call intoxalock and have me locked out of my car because he didn't like the way I was talking to him. Important note*********he is now under investigation through Intoxalock so I highly suggest not even using the shop for anything the shop owner couldn't even tell me how to use the machine nor could he or would he teach me. I could go on and on for days but I think this sums it up. Don't come here for service! Jeff speaks to the mechanics with no respect at all. I drove thirty minutes and waited for over an hour to be seen. My car was low on freon and after a diagnostic that "looked great" somehow my bill came out to be over $500. I told him that wasn't in my budget so he brought it down to $260 for a recharge. The very next morning my car is blowing warm again. I called them and Jeff stated that he was worried that this would happen and he needed to put dye in that day to check for leaks (why this wasn't done during the diagnostic I have no idea). I was told everything looked fine with the AC system and I only needed freon and this was a complete lie. There is actually a leak in my system that wasn't properly diagnosed and now I've wasted my hard earned money on absolutely nothing. I'm never coming here again, I don't appreciate being lied to and scammed out of my money. This man is insanely rude, he was yelling at me over the phone and claiming to have told me this the previous day which is not true. I recently have struggled financially with health problems, switching jobs, the insane cost of health insurance/services in this state, and needing time off to recover from the multiple family deaths I've endured within the past year. To top it off, I was cut off on the freeway and the ABS failed on my vehicle causing an accident. My car was totaled. I received a loan from a family member to purchase a car, only to find out after paying for it that it was salvage title and needed a whole new front end suspension. I scrambled to get that fixed, using a friend for the repairs. It passes inspection only to find out the title was not signed and it was sold to someone in Mexico. I couldn't register it. Had to start to bond the title. Meanwhile I'm having heart problems and the hospitals with a $250 copay can't find the problem. I'm paying $300 biweekly for health insurance. I'm missing lots of work. I have almost no income coming in, and in risk of losing my job. Then the car starts dumping coolant... Lots of coolant. I called my boyfriend in tears. I had had enough with this car. My boyfriend saw Jeff's post on Facebook Craigslist and immediately called. He explained everything that's been going on and my financial situation. He set everything up with Jeff, and then called me. I took my car down and Jeff got me fixed up, gave me a really great deal, and even had his mechanic give me a ride. He set me up with payments, so I walked out without paying a dime. He kept the car overnight, just to make sure it was working correctly. He even test drove it, which a lot of other mechanics just don't do. The best part: my car was fixed correctly and nothing else has "mysteriously" failed within 24 hours of picking it up. Oh! And the two wonderful puppies belonging to Jeff... Chelsee and Purple. I adore those dogs. The fact that I even went to the shop was completely random. The morning I visited them a drunk driver hit me on the freeway and I was instructed by some officers to pull over in their parking lot. The owner came out of griping at us and the officers so I already knew he wasn't happy about having people in his parking lot and it probably happened often. To at least try and smooth things over I asked if they would change my tire for me which had gone out after the accident, one of the employees agreed gave me the price and then I continued to talk to the officers. My phone was dying and I needed some important insurance information so I went into the shop to see if anyone had a cord that I might be able to borrow so that I could get the information. When I went in and asked the owner immediately lost it at me and started screaming. After initially starting to yell at me he demanded that I give him a credit card to which I asked him to give me one moment so I can go outside and get it. He followed me outside continuing to scream and accusing me of trying to leave without paying even though there were two police officers within 5 feet of me and I was not even legally allowed to leave. I had not even seen that the tire had been replaced yet which made his demands seem all the more childish. After he was done yelling he confronted my partner who promptly gave him the card for him to charge, he suddenly started acting all buddy-buddy and making jokes about superheroes with her as if everyone hadn't just heard him screaming at me for no reason. I left a review on Google and he accused me of being on drugs, it's really pathetic honestly. At one point while he was screaming he said that he could scream at me because this is my world honey.
