Being so close to several schools makes it incredibly convenient for us to get to appointments and still make it back to school, or even come straight from school. I have been a patient here for almost three years and in that time I have loved my orthodontic experience. From the moment you walk in the door the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a bad experience with the ladies in the back. I am always treated with kindness and they answer all my questions or concerns that I may have. Dr Thalgott is probably my favorite person in this office as he was able to do little corrections after my ortho surgery that any other doctor would've referred me to go back to. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed every encounter I have had here and although I am excited and anxious to get my braces off, I wouldn't recommend any other place to get braces and have this journey with! 10/10 recommend 1000x over! read more

I was not able to use their services but wish I could. I want to switch my orthodontic treatment and out of 3 practices I've contacted, they were the ONLY ONES who were honest up front about my situation and what my options were. They kindly explained over the phone the hard truth about my situation that it would be cost-prohibitive to change this far along in my treatment. Lots of practices don't take transfers, and ones that do want a tons of money to basically start over. They gave me good advice to stick it out. They didn't ask for any money or any commitment up front, unlike other places. I'm so glad I called them because I could have been in a real mess had I gone down other paths. I have nothing but absolute love for Dr. Thalgott and his AMAZING staff. I had teeth- that, let's just say, had a lot of character and wanted to do their own thing- literally. From my very first visit, Dr. Thalgott was able to give me a course of treatment that would give me the beautiful smile I only dreamt about and he knew exactly what needed to be done. I believe his experience, his kind and gentle nature really put me at ease when I made the decision to undergo braces as an adult. Not only was Dr. Thalgott amazing, but his staff are down right awesome. Every time I would come for my very frequent visits- the staff remembered me by name and saw the progress we were making with my teeth and they were all genuinely excited for me. The staff was also very gentle with me because I have zero pain tolerance and they did their best to make me comfortable. But let's be honest, if you have no pain tolerance like myself, the braces were painful- BUT the results of a gorgeous smile was completely worth it. I 100% recommend Dr. Thalgott.
