She had me send pictures of my daughter's bite and even I could tell there was a difference. We ended up going in on a Monday which wasn't at a busy time for them since it was when school was in session. Dr. Saxe put the expander back in and then she fixed my daughter's headgear. She actually had to work some "magic" since my daughter is on the smaller side. It fit my daughter much better and she was able to wear it comfortably. From Sue and Faith, who always greet you with a big smile when you walk in, to the dental assistants and Dr. Grahl himself....everyone is welcoming, respectful, and fun to be around! The office itself is super nice. They offer free coffee, water, and (I think) soda...though I don't drink soda, so I can't say for sure. You're basically expected kids to miss school and parents to take a day off of work to bring them in during regular hours of operation. You also close at 5pm and most kids gets out of school around 3pm so they only have was than 2hr window and those time slots are always unavailable for months! You don't open on the weekends either, the times for the kids are so limited! This makes scheduling appointments for the kids very difficult!
