Second time here. First experience was great! Second, not so much. The lady that worked on my pedi (Ivy) could have been friendlier. Job felt very rushed. I could have gotten the same results at home. Not worth the price for the quality. I'm sad to write this review, I thought this would be my "go-to" nail place but the inconsistency is not with the price.

I took my 8-year-old daughter to get a pedicure at Cheri Nail Bar because they offer a kids' package. The next day, her toe became infected. I question their hygiene and skill level, and I think that other clients should be wary as well. I highly regret not reading the Yelp reviews before coming to Cheri Nail Bar. They gave another Yelp reviewer a toe infection in March 2026, about two months ago.

Cheri Nail Bar has a great atmosphere, clean and relaxing vibe. They're always so packed, but that doesn't impact the services provided. My nail tech, Mindau was gentle, and gave me a great pedicure and manicure--and the best foot/leg massage. I felt totally pampered! 10/10!

This is my second visit to Cheri and I am still impressed how clean this place is ! I got deluxe pedicure with gel for $60 and builder gel on my nails for $55 which is pretty good pricing for such a luxury nail salon like this. Both of the nail techs were very nice and helpful. First of all, this place shouldn't have any less than five stars. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the two most beautiful, friendliest girls and they take care of you from start to finish. The staff is also very friendly, professional and it's a beautiful salon. You can tell how much they care about their business. I've never left disappointed, they truly care about their clients. I saw the good reviews so decided to book a last minute pedicure here. I live out in the Coachella valley, but have family down the road. Warm greeting at the desk, salon is very clean and very nice. Chairs are the best I've ever experienced, very comfy and relaxing. I chose one of the pricier options, I can't recall the name, but it was $70 and offered all the bells and whistles, including a 15 minute massage. Pricey, but honestly not any different than most nail salons nowadays, and totally worth it!!! My legs feel fantastic and my toes look awesome, I highly recommend!!!! read more

Just left after getting a pedicure. During winter, I don't get color - just nails trimmed & feet scrubbed. I did the 2nd to lowest fee of $35. The nail tech was very nice & asked me if I wanted my nails buffed, since I wasn't getting a color. Said sure. When done & paying, it was $41. I asked why & was told it was for the buff. Nail tech NEVER MENTIONED the $6 fee. To add insult to injury, they also charge $1.75 credit card fee. The gal at the front apologized for the nail tech not telling me about thee we extra fee but did not offer to waive it for the miscommunication. That & the cc fee - will NOT be back. read more

I had to tell the. Pedicure lady what to do. She didn't trim and file before she started painting. I had to stop and tell her she needs prep before painting. Love Cheri nail bar. The service is top tier! The quality is unmatched. I've been to a lot of nail salons and Cheri's feels luxurious, it's clean and the staff are attentive. They pay attention to the Details!!! The application, length and shape are the same on each nail which seems unimportant but it makes the difference between a good set of nails and fantastic expensive looking set. The spa pedicures are heaven the chairs actually work and are relaxing. I actually dozed off during my pedicure which is unusual for me. So if you're looking for a nail spa I highly recommend 10/10!!! read more

I had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done in Korea so I wanted to look up a place that offered Korean style nails. I found purrple nails which was conveniently located near me with a staff filled of Korean artists. My first experience was with Soo and she did fine I guess. I like that she was detailed about her design but she did cut my cuticle once and was very rough with drilling. For those who don't know, drilling gets hot and the artist should know to lift it every few seconds to not burn the person's skin. Because I liked the design so much, I made a second appointment to give another artist a try. This second appointment was with Ellen. She was sooo rough when it came down to removing the polish and cleaning and cutting the cuticles. One of my cuticles started bleeding a lot and she just used the dust to stop the bleeding but did not apologize once. I let it go. But after getting home, I noticed my cuticles and fingers were so tender and red. I decided to let time heal but it's been a week and my right thumb is still swollen and tender. It's painful to touch. I told the owner and Ellen and after some back and forth, they finally did apologize. They truly care about their clients and always make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. Zoe is my nail tech and she is AMAZING. Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she's also so fun to talk to, which makes every appointment something I look forward to. My nails are always long-lasting, and I've never had issues with the polish or gel -- they hold up beautifully every time. I've also had pedicures with several different techs, and I really appreciate how consistent everything is. They all follow the same procedures, so you always know what to expect. The sugar scrub is hands down my favorite part! The salon itself is spotless, and you can truly tell how much pride they take in their business. They've put so much effort into creating a space that's beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. One of the main reasons I found this salon was because my previous one lacked proper cleanliness -- I even dealt with fungus under my nail twice. That has never been an issue here. Health and safety are clearly a top priority. I always see the techs opening brand-new tools right in front of me, which gives me so much peace of mind. My mom also loves it here and sees Hedi or Tiffany, and she's always had great experiences as well. My family and I had a very disappointing experience at Cheri Nail Bar. We came in as a group--my mom, sister, niece, and myself--and from the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The man at the front desk greeted us with an eye roll, and when we started explaining the services we wanted, he responded, "I don't care, just tell me how many people." Things only got worse from there. My young niece was charged for an adult manicure even though she is clearly a child. My mom paid for a gel pedicure, but only one coat of gel polish was applied. When she politely asked for another coat because it looked uneven, she was told, "No, we don't do any more coats." Not long after, one of her nails chipped, and instead of fixing it or taking responsibility, the technician blamed her and said she "must have touched something." Considering how much money we spent, the customer service was unacceptable. No one seemed friendly, welcoming, or appreciative of our business. We left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and like our entire evening had been ruined. I would not recommend this salon. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers and provides better service. Disappointed that I had to leave a star considering this experience. read more

I came in for a pedicure and while the end result looked great, the experience was mixed. Unfortunately, the technician cut me three times with the cuticle drill. I mentioned it after the third cut, and she was more careful after that, which I appreciated but it definitely made me uncomfortable. I debated leaving early but didn't want to make a scene.
