The nail bars were also updated and have the pink light stands. Everything is white pink and gold. Yasssss my kinda vibes. Good music is playing and she keeps the tv on good cooking shows. They now have this thing that goes over your legs to do your nails but last time I used it to work on my laptop while I got a pedi. Yes that means WiFi too!! The waiting front area has these cute pink chairs, pink curtains, with candy, waters and nail polish sample boards with decor. I said a 9 bc I believe it could use a fresh coat of paint but no biggie. I love the nail booklet too. Service 10/10 - Amy (new owner) the first day I met her I liked her she done my pedi and it lasted from Sept 15th until I had it taken off on Nov 2nd and I promise it looked good the entire time. She's sweet and I believe it's her husband is super nice so are the other workers. They ACTUALLY listen to your needs and wants and do an amazing job. Okay, confession time: I had gel-x from another salon, they started lifting, and of course I went full gremlin and picked almost ALL of them off (don't act like you've never done it ). I was left with two sad little nails hanging on for dear life and knew I needed to get them back in check with some bio gel--just clean and natural. I found this place on Yelp, booked, and walked in ready to settle for "meh." Also, let me be real... I usually don't love when a guy does my nails. I'm always like, "sir, you don't understand the assignment." But THIS man? Oh, he understood the assignment AND turned it in early with extra credit. He was gentle, patient, and took his time--and my nails came out gorgeous. Honestly, I was shocked in the best way. I've been coming here for 6 months now and they never disappoint. This might be the only place that gives me exactly what I ask for. Also, their pedicure experience is 10/10 they put a scrub on with no additional charge and they file your calluses and scrub your feet with a lemon and finish up with a nice massage. Worst manicure I have ever gotten. Not sure if the staff was lazy or just bad. Cuticles were not trimmed, nails were not filed even - let alone filed at all. There were sharp parts to my nail when I left. They also did not paint all of my nails - the gap between the skin and nails were not taken care of. This place has become one of my favorite place to get my manicure and pedicure. Staff is super friendly. I got my manicure and pedicure by both V's and they are the sweetest! They take their time and do an great job. They are caring and make sure you're happy with their work. The place itself is very clean and quite, you have a TV that has Netflix playing in front of you, which is nice when you're tired and getting your nails done. Not great. My daughter took me for early Mother's Day mani - pedi and got there. I person getting a pedicure from an old man and another getting nails by an older woman. The place was a turn off. They had a mess of polish old looking and hardly any dip powders. They were not friendly or nice. We waited quite a while while they finished and took another guy before us and we head an appointment. They had no music or tv on. We waited since it was my gift but I would have walked out. The guys doing my pedi was rude and laughed at me when I asked him not to trim my toenails and just file. Then didn't even push back cuticles. I asked him to turn in the tv and he handed me a remote and I had it figure out. No customer service. The mani gal was also not great and had to stop her from using the pumice on my skin when avoid be only on my nails. I asked her not to do that. She polished sloppily and not to the edge. Had to point it out. When it came time to finish, she took the file and at the wrong angle started to file the edges where she just polished. Would never go back here again. This place is under new management (or so it says on their yelp account. I'm not sure what the old management is like). I called and asked for a gel Mani and a pedi. After 1.5 hours there, I ended walking out with a mediocre pedi (which as soon as I walked out I realized was smudged), ruined hand nails from over filing and no color for my pedi. Be prepared as these folks are very slow. The person next to me actually fell asleep waiting to get her mani. Like, snoring asleep. I don't fault her. You could sit here and watch hair grow faster than get a mani or a pedi at this place My two biggest complaints was how rude the mani person was, and how she ruined my nails. In order to remove my gel, she completely filed down all the color. As in she used a file to remove all the prior gel-not just enough to open the top coat and then put acetone on for 15 minutes. MY NAIL BEDS WERE BURNING!!! When I asked her why she was doing that as it was ruining my nails, she responded very rudely "But it's faster". So I. Order for her to catch up, She took it upon herself to ruin my nails. I also had picked out my gel color and put it to the side the thing is no one asked me what nail color I had chosen. An hour and a half later, the mani person still hadn't started my color (too busy burning my nails off I guess) and took the mani set and gave it to someone else. I was surprised because she hadn't asked, so when it came time to paint my nails, I obviously didn't remember the number (I had set it aside, so thought I didn't need to memorize the number, but even if I had I clearly would have forgotten by the time they got to my color TWO HOURS LATER). I tried frantically to remember it, but they have this really confusing way or stacking it in these concentric stands (I've never seen anything like it). After a couple of minutes the really rude manicurist asked if I was ready. I told her no, and she basically was just like "fine then I'm Going to someone else". And that meant I would have to wait more. And she was pretty rude about it. At this point I had about enough. I was really upset she burned off my nail beds (where did she even learn that was okay?!!!) and was really really rude throughout the whole process. That I asked to leave. Forget my color. I told her to just put on my sandals and I would go. Of course she ignored me. I had to ask someone else to put my sandals on. Of course they put it on half assed and ruined whatever was good of my pedicure (but I didn't realize till after I got to my car). What a waste of time and money. read more

Recently went to get a pedicure. My feet were in desperate need! I called for an appointment same day and they were able to fit me in. I did have to wait about 10/15 minutes when I got there but it's about average wait time. The girl that did my pedicure was amazing. She did such a great job. Took her time and even recommended I didn't get the callous removal because I had broken skin. I appreciated that she chose the best for me vs making extra $. I ended up asking for a mani but got a different lady for that service. She was good but the color application could have been smoother. It went from good to great! I started coming here when Lynn owned the place but now it is under new management. It's family owned and I absolutely love all of them. Diana is amazing, she takes her time and is really a master of her craft. Tin does my Pedicure(Diana's Husband) and he really does a great job, my toes are happy when I walk out! Vee(Daughter) is so friendly and makes everyone feel welcomed!!! They have a wide selection of gel nail polish! Which is a plus for me. I like my nudes. Oh and they recently made some refreshing updates! It has a cool mid-century vibe now! Love it! PSA: Beware of the Netflix shows they play!
