I did not know it at the time but the pump had failed leading to my CPU (i9 12900k) redline for the subsequent 4 months - by the time it was May, my computer would regularly screen tear during VR, crash during games, and I was at my wit's end. I tried everything on my own until I followed up with Jose at APlus Tech Labs. He identified the issue, offered up upgrade my CPU and replace it with a new AIO Cooling system. I was very happy with the price and lead time. I wound up bringing Jose my 2nd PC as well! For this 2nd PC, the PSU or the Motherboard had gotten fried so we had both replaced in a matter of days. The previous installer used a cheap outlet that wasn't EV-rated. Eli and Tony replaced the breaker, wiring and outlet and everything is working flawlessly now, with the reliability of EV-rated parts!
