The first time I went to Cherry Lounge was pleasant and I enjoyed the conversation with the lash specialist. She suggested a service, at the time, I couldn't afford. When I returned the next time to the same lash specialist and she found out I had not scheduled for the more expensive service she was not only hateful but did not engage in conversation with me and when she was finished with my fill, very curtly said goodbye. Monsey is the sweetest thing ever! I had not only a great time getting my lashes with her, but she also did a great job! Finally I have found someone that knows their stuff! I had just gotten my eyelashes done Sunday (not from CLL). As a favor for someone getting certified for eyelash extensions. I walked out with no sign of irritation of anything. The following day, as I was standing in the sun with no sunglasses one of my eyes began tearing and didn't stop until after a few minutes indoors. Tuesday I was outside with sunglasses on and once again my eyes began tearing, nonstop. Aside from that I noticed when touching my eyelashes they felt sore. I had been surfing CLL website when I came across eyelash removal. So when I got the chance I called and set an appointment for that very night. Vanessa was my lash artist. She was kind, friendly and made me feel real comfortable. It was an ease, I didn't feel her at all while removing my eyelashes. Not even the very last one, that was being stubborn to remove. Such a disappointment. This is my 4th experience w/ Cherry Lash Lounge. The first was @ the Rainbow location, they looked AMAZING when I left but only stayed that way for a few days. By the end of a week, they were about 40% gone. By the end of 3 weeks, they were about 80% gone. I booked my 2nd appointment at henderson location, thinking that it was my own fault for the failure of the lashes, due to the fact that I had gotten them wet within the first 48 hours. I had my appointment w/ Banessa, they looked very good, but again they were only that way for a few days before looking horrible. I booked a 3rd time, asking for a master artist, thinking that it may make a difference. I booked a fill plus with bottoms ($190.00 service), plus the tip of 40.00. When I got there, they had screwed up my appointment, which resulted in me having to wait over an hour and then being moved from one char to another 3 times to finish the service. This time, they did well as it was figured out that I was brushing them way too much, causing the damage. when I went to this appointment with Montsey, I had also scheduled my bottoms with Banessa for the same day. I got a call asking if it was ok for me to stay with Montsey for the entire fill plus bottoms ($190.00 due to the fact that she is a master artist). When I got there, I explained that I had the worst sinus infection, and that I was EXHAUSTED because I was up with my sick children the night prior. I asked her to make a few changes and settled in. I fell asleep immediately. Sometime after she had been working on me, I hear her speaking to me in my sleep about a fever, thinking she was speaking of my children, I had said yes *(semi conscience).she proceeded to go on and tell me I was sweating (surely from the medicine I had taken, dayquil) and wanted to stop working on me and reschedule me for next week. Keep in mind, I took time off of work to be there, I am paying almost 200 (*more then that with the 30.00 tip for this service). I explained I had a SINUS INFECTION, WHICH IS NOT CONTAGIOUS, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! She then went on to embarrass me for what what seemed like minutes by saying I was sweating and said I had a fever. I explained that I was not fully awake, thought she was asking about my children and would NEVER come anywhere where I would be contagious.... I am not that kind of person, I have small kids depending on me, I get that most moms do... I was embarrassed and insulted for NO reason. I refused her offer to return. She finished the service, handed me the mirror which is something that every tech does, because at that time, if there are any changes to be made, that is when we request ant they will do so. SHE REFUSED TO CHANGE A THING AND DID NOT MAKE THE CHANGES ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. So, here I was, embarrassed, unhappy and out $230.00! To be quite honest, the management does not seem to give a flip about how the client is treated or if they feel they are happy with their service. They NEVER ask for feedback. This is an EXPENSIVE SERVICE, you would think that at $200 dollars every three weeks, there would be a bit of pampering or at least some customer service. Instead, it is like a bad nail salon with bad music and not very friendly technicians. Please take the time to find an artist that works independently, this place cranks them out like it is nothing and could care less about the client. Such a disappointment, I have spent almost $1000 there between my own and gifts for my best friend, both of us have felt that we were taken for a ride. . read more

So today was a disaster. I went in today and ended up using another Master Artist (Bane) instead of normal artist (Monsey) since one eye was losing too many lashes and I couldn't wait a week to have a fill with Monsey. She's busy for a reason because she's good. I took a chance and regret that I did. I told Bane that my left eye had less lashes and to even them out so they looked the same (pretty obvious right?) well when my eyes were closed I noticed that she was concentrating more on the wrong eye and not the one that I mentioned but it was obvious which eye had less lashes so I figured she knew what she was doing. Honestly after you've had your eyes closed for an hour and a half and they push their mirror in your face you seriously cannot tell how they look until you get home, stand in a normal mirror and brush them. I was angry to find that she gave me heavier lashes on the wrong eye. it was so obvious my friend asked me what happened and this is my friend that I've been trying to talk into going to this location but after today she wasn't impressed. I spent $150.00 for a fill plus to leave the salon with heavier dark lashes on the right eye and sparse featherized lashes on the left. You could tell right away from a distance and there is no way if she's a Master Artist that she couldn't tell either. The workmanship from today was something an apprentice would do. Now I have to take time out of my Saturday to have them "fixed". Bane should have never have had me leave with my lashes like that, it was that obvious without brushing them. I was embarrassed running errands today because my eyelashes didn't match. Next time I'll wait for Monsey or Jasmine. *** Went in for a free fix to make both eyes match and I was happy when I left but unfortunately in the morning I had about 9 lashes on my pillow which meant they didn't stay on so I'm lighter on the one eye again. Whatever glue that was used doesn't work. Spending about $300 a month for lashes to not stay is a complete rip off. read more

Have been going to this location for 7 months with really inconsistent and never great results. The full appointment time rarely gets used and I've had more than one time the artist use different sizes or type lashes than what I wanted because they thought they looked better. I get lashes because I have hardly none to begin with and it saves my contacts to not have mascara running in my eyes all the time. But I honestly have given up with this place and will likely have to find a better location. All of the artists seem nice and making an appointment is easy, but neither of those matter if you get your lashes done and they leaving gaping holes with no lashes or you are only get lashes that last a week to two tops. read more

Worth the money! I've been getting my lashes done for a few years by the WRONG people-I'm happy I finally made my way to Cherry Lash Lounge. Other lash studios put on lashes that were too heavy for my lashes, as well as glue that irritated my eyes. The employees at Cherry care about the integrity of your natural lashes, they take the time to find the best set of lashes that would keep your natural lashes healthy and happy! I had no idea what my lashes were actually supposed to look like until I went to Cherry! I've had my lashes done several times by both their apprentices and lash artists and I always have great results. I typically wear eyeshadow and eyeliner as well, and my lashes last through it all! I made my appointment online and indicated to Karla that the reason why I was there was just to fill the gap between my lashes. That I still have lots of lashes remaining and just wanted to fill in the spaces in between. I bought the Fill Plus - Lash Artist for an hour and half. I indicated to her what I was looking for and what was my expectations. An hour and a half later, she indicated that I was done and handed me the mirror. I told her that it is just the same thing as when i came in, that nothing has changed and the gaps between lashes still there. Karla indicated that next time, I have to do the featherize lashes and the reason why she was not able to do what I asked her was because I have a lot of baby lashes. I was not happy on the services she provided, since if I knew from the beginning that the regular fill plus will not work, i should have ask for featherize one if I was inform before hand. It was very disappointing. I have been your customer from the Rainbow location and I was the first group of customers that moved to Henderson when you first open. You have to do more training to your Lash Artist, lots of times, the Apprentice ladies, do better jobs than the supposedly "professional artist". This is my second time with her. The first was done last month, and I was set or scheduled to do Fill Regular-Lash Artist and she told me that Fill Plus will be better for me to have. I was not thinking about the price difference and I was not informed the difference on the pricing. Anyway, i paid the that amount for the Fill Plus. Bottom line is, your employees or Lash Artist has to inform the customer on any price difference once the customer agreed. I don't remember about the services she provided, since I was busy that day and was leaving out of town the next morning. I am so disappointed with my last two appointments at your place. read more

My second time at the Henderson location. The first time I ever tried it was for the $1 promotion to be a model for new apprentice artists. I had Sherria who now works at the Rainbow location and she was absolutely wonderful! So kind and wanted to make sure I was doing okay every step of the way. My lashed looked great! The second time I went back and scheduled with Cheeterah which, by my accident, I thought I was scheduling with Sherria again and to my surprise when she came out to greet me it was a different girl. Nonetheless, Cheeterah did a pretty decent job although towards the end I started to get annoyed because it felt like she was pulling my lashes out one by one. I will still go to the Henderson location since it is closer to me than Rainbow but my next scheduled appointment is with Sherria again over at Rainbow. Perhaps I will have to try Monsey at Henderson, I've heard great things about her! Lastly, I have had my make up done by two separate make up artists after having the lashes done by both girls and both artists raved over my lashes and asked where I had them done since they said they've seen a few bad extension jobs before. Thumbs up and I will forever be a customer, I love this place! read more

Goes without saying that the quality of the work at Cherry Lashes is great due to the level of training they receive. Usually they have great customer service as well, but that was not the case on yesterday at the Henderson location. I scheduled myself for a fill regular. The lady at the reception greeted me by saying, "When is the last time you were here and let me see your lashes". This woman literally inspected my lashes to see if I qualified for a fill. I WAS SO INSULTED AND DEGRADED. Turns out that they somehow created two separate profiles on me (not my fault) so the lady at the desk did not see that I was a regular at Cherry Lashes since the day the Rainbow location opened. The record in the account that she pulled up showed that I had not been there since July. So basically she was accusing me of trying to steal services. For me this was the equivalent of a store clerk asking me to empty my pockets. I asked to speak to a manager once I got in the back to show her that I had plenty of lashes from my last visit a few weeks before, which did indeed qualify me for a fill. On my way out the receptionist apologized for her blunder. The apology did not take the hurt from the insult away. She can keep her apology. The manager was very apologetic and gave me a 50% discount, which I took because I deserved it. The manager was top shelf. The receptionist.........questionable if she should be working in customer service. Cherry, you have the monopoly now. It is only a matter of time before someone copies your concept and you will find yourselves in deep competition. It will happen. Treat your customers appropriately now or you will feel it later. read more

Only reason we are going 2 stars is there have been some good eyelash sessions here. My girlfriend has bragged about this place in the past however, today was a bad experience. She booked her appointment for an hour and a half to get a fill plus....she was greeted by a girl who was pleasant however, new. When she worked on her eyelashes she did things you really shouldn't do like texting in between(at least over 27 times), poking her with pliers causing a small cut which drew blood, and thru the course of texting failed to properly sanitize. My girlfriend couldn't believe what happened. Matter of fact she left there crying and failed to sign for services rendered. No manager was available however they probably could check this out for themselves if they check their video. I doubt she will return. So I'm guessing everything good or bad is on who you get here. I was faced with a traumatic event where my eyelash extensions was ripped out by an eyebrow waxer. A lot of my natural eyelashes was pulled out by the wax. Not being from Las Vegas, I was frantic trying to get my lopsided lashes repaired before a wedding. Cherry Lash Lounge was able to squeeze me in last minute. Ayshia did a fantastic job trying to make my lashes look as great as possible given the situation. The lashes are very comfortable and made a horrid situation better. I am feeling a lot better about the situation and know that if I had all my natural eyelashes .. it would have looked so good. read more

This was my first experience ever with lashes. I booked online not knowing what to expect when I walked in. I loved how they followed up with multiple emails and a phone call before my appointment. They throughly explained to come makeup free and without contacts if you could avoid it. Also loved the emphasis on silencing your phones and no kids. I booked a ravishing set with Marisa. She was so welcoming and explained everything before she would do it. She made the entire experience very comfortable. Will definitely be booking my fills with her. The front desk employee was polite and welcoming as well. My only issue was they made it a point to mention silencing phones and no children when booking, yet while I was there one client constantly was silencing their phone during their service (went off approx 4 times.) and another client's child kept bouncing in and out of the room, 3 times while I was there. They set up the room to be relaxing with a comfortable recliner and a blanket and curtains to separate the chairs, but when someone's phone is going off and a child is going "mom are you done? can I stay in here? are you done now? I'm bored." it's a little hard to relax. I wish the front desk employee would have emphasized the "rules" when people came in, or the lash artists would have mentioned to the client to please silence your phone after the first time or that the kid cannot be in the room. read more

Marisa gives me 100% lash coverage and it instantly makes my tiredness and dark circles less noticeable. I'm very methodical in my facial cleansing being done with a small towel to avoid having my lashes hit with too much water pressure and the instant hand to eye rub that would happen.
