I wanted to get my eye lashes done and there were good reviews for Cherry Lash Lounge. It was a clean friendly environment. Because the way the office is set up they have to greet you when you arrive and acknowledge when you leave. Which is great!! On my way to the appointment I realized I left my wallet and they were very understanding when I called and let them know there was a possibility I would be late. Because this is my first time getting my eye lashes done I have nothing to compare to personally. I will say this Gypsie was who provided my service she did amazing. She answered my questions have suggestions and went to work. I love the way my lashes looked when she was complete. I waited over a week to post this review just to see how I felt later and still amazing. I have had no issues with them and I have already scheduled my next appointment. They still look good so I think that they may last a little longer than what they recommend. I will ask when I go and hopefully they provide the same great service and let me know how to maintain. read more

After going back twice to get lash fills, I am updating my review. I cannot remember the first person I went to who filled in my lashes but the experience was excellent. No red, irritated eye and again I was comfortable. The only problem I had was my lashes lasted me a long time when I first got them done then seemed to last half as long this time. I was annoyed but decided to give Cherry Lash Lounge one last try and it's been a week or so since my third and last full and the lashes are lasting and the experience with Vanessa was wonderful as well. I even fell asleep during my experience. Sorry for twitching and jerking when I woke up, Vanessa. The only thing I'm really sad about is that I had to upgrade to a Lash Master in order to get my desired results because, as a college student, I'm pretty tight on money. I really was hoping to like this place. I've had my lashes done for years only changing places due to moving, And never had anything go wrong. I went to cherry twice. The lash artists were very nice, the environment was ideal, but my eyes were extremely irritated, red, and blurry for a month after having them done here. Also they did not last. Most fell off within a few days. I've gone somewhere else now and my eyes are totally fine, and the lashes are full and beautiful still 2 weeks later. read more

Jackie is amazing; she is genuine and talented. I always have amazing lashes when I leave her. I love that they use a tier system; it allows me to decide what works best for my time and budget. Update: Jackie is no longer there. I tried another technician twice, but the second time I had a horrible allergic reaction. I'm not sure, but I think she did not use the sensitive adhesive; the reaction was similar to what I experienced at other salons. My reaction is intense and I had red eyes for two days and felt like crap, so it's not worth the risk for me. I'm no longer going to Cherry. When I canceled my appointment, there was no attempt to reschedule nor any question as to why I was cancling...weird as I was there every two weeks. read more

I was on the fence about lash extensions but enough of my friends raved about this place so I decided to check it out. I got the Cleopatra set by Syretta. It was absolute love at first sight. Syretta answered all of my questions and was so patient with my while I continuously changed my mind on the lash style I wanted. Since then I've gotten a regular fill every two weeks. My natural lashes are still strong and the extensions hold up beautifully, I just prefer them as full as possible. Amazing service, cute salon, and it's in a great location. read more

I went to this location for about 6 months or so. There wasn't any specific for leaving I just wanted to give my lashes and pocketbook a little break. I commend them on AMAZING customer service and THE MOST relaxing experience (I'm a single mom so An hour in a comfy chair with a cozy blanket is heavenly to me). Seriously, you couldn't get much better. I went to several apprentice lash artists and every single one of them was so kind and helpful. The girls at the desk were always so welcoming and kind as well. Only small complaints would be that 3 different times on the day of my appointment I would receive a message asking if I can change the time I had booked. It was never really an issue for me personally because at the time I was able to work around it but I could see how that would be an issue for other people that only have a specific time they are able to come in. Because I saw a different apprentice each time it wasn't very steady as far as how they looked each visit, but that's to be expected and my own fault. I'd definitely recommend finding an artist you like and sticking to them for every fill. However, they looked decent every time I went in so I can't complain too much. I'm sure if I saw a master artist I would have been a bit more thrilled about them but you get what you pay for. They usually held up pretty well - I would have to get a fill every 2 weeks.. any longer than that and it would look a bit too spotty for my liking. There was only 2 times were my eyes a little red from the tape being moved around and rubbing against my eye but after an hour it was fine- no long term irritation. Again, partly my own fault as I should have spoke up when I was slightly uncomfortable.. but, it wasn't until after the session was over and the tape was off that I really felt it. Moral of the story- customer service from every single person here is top notch. Pick a lash artist and stick to them. Don't have unrealistic expectations. Speak up if you're uncomfortable And enjoy every second of relaxation! Unfortunately I don't live in the eastern area anymore but plan to visit the rainbow location soon and I hope the customer service is just as great! I'll definitely be seeing a master artist though as I think it would be worth the extra money! Can't wait! read more

came in the day before my birthday on the 14th and got the dramatic set that's supposed to cover 90% of my eye (IT DIDN'T). I went back on the 16th because my eye had been swollen since the night of the 14th. My tech went threw and separated eyelashes that were stuck together , removed eyelashes put in places they shouldn't have been . I was told it should get better now, it didn't. I ended up having to go back again on th 17th for them to remove the lashes because my eye was still swollen. They removed the lashes as i was leaving i asked for a refund, there was no manager available, so she was messaged about what was going on. I went to my car to look in the mirror to see that i had white stuff stuck to my eyelashes. I had looked in the bathroom but couldn't see that well the lighting in the bathroom isn't very good. I think they do that for a reason . I went back in to ask what it was and why it wasn't coming off. I was told " i dont know, wow that's so weird " smh. I went back into their bathroom to try and again get the white stuff off my lashes, it didn't come off. I was asked to get back into a chair for them to "TRY" and get it off. At this point its a NO for me, my eyes are all irritated already NO THANKS Ill figure it out. I left with the white stuff still on my eye . And its still there this morning. I was told that they do not give REFUNDS EVER ! and was offered the same service over complementary. Im not sure i want to EVER go back here. Im on my way to the doctor's office now because my eye is still swollen and hurts a lot. Im super disappointed in my service. Just received a full set of lashes from Asia. They look amazing. The shop is very clean and professional but also trendy and cute. Really friendly front desk staff, was offered coffee or water while I waited which was only like 2 minutes. The lounge chair was really comfortable. I practically fell asleep during the service. Asia was really helpful helping me decide on what type of lashes to get because I had no clue. They have so many length curl options available the possibilities seem endless. She did a great job and was very thorough explaining after care. Already rebooked for my next fill appointment in a few weeks. read more
