After awkwardly laughing he turns and grabs the cords and just starts walking doesn't say anything. we get outside and he caught an attitude " well you gotta turn your car on, how am I suppose to do it". After doing the diagnostic he just walks away not saying anything. I asked if he was done, if I should follow and can I turn my car off. he replied by throwing his arms in the air " well I have to go in first to plug it into the computer, uh yea turn your car off". We get inside he prints off the paper and before I even get to fully look at it and ask questions he yell can I help the next person( while I'm still at the counter). And to add to it all he asked me for my vehicle registration... I've never been asked that for a simple OD check. Especially when I can provide all information he needs by heart.

He did not have the part in-stock, but was very willing to order one at about 1/2 the price of Midas. We discussed options and he referred me to a local shop to see if they could fix the rim without us buying a new one. Chuck took the time out of his evening to help us out and didn't make a dime. You helped ease the stress of college parents, and helped us save nearly $175.

Although they…read moreclaimed they can tune my older Ford 7.3 IDI, after a week, they claimed that their tuning equipment had been lent to some other repair place, and whoever they lent the equipment to, could not locate the equipment. So, have a nice day. They said they didn't want to buy the equipment, which admittedly isn't cheap. They nonetheless look plainly stupid for claiming boldly that the tuning should be a no-brainer, then losing their stuff and not having the stick-to-your-word policy of finding some way to do it. So, I'm high and dry. Perhaps others have had good experience; they seem to know what they're doing otherwise, but in my narrow case, they said they could, then didn't. If there was a modicum of trust, there is no more.

It's clear that attitude has been a long-standing issue. She was incredibly short with me and more interested in talking at me than actually having a conversation. To top it all off, I was hung up on. At least I now have a perfect example of how they treat their customers, so I won't be wasting my money here again.
