As soon as a table became available between us upstairs, they proactively moved one of our parties so that we could all sit together. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it really made our gathering special. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. The food was absolutely incredible--everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The drinks were just as impressive, with a great selection and expertly made. I know you have to do this at just about any fast food location, but more so at this one. Like they have a cement divider/curb that separates the lane from the rest of the lot and you have to walk through it with the constant flow of vehicles. It is so odd, the inside of this location is well taken care of and newer looking. But it is obviously underused. The staff inside were fast and efficient. My order was correct. And even though they had a constant flow outside, they were fast with the service. I'm liking the turn back to the 80s here with the logo and crowns everywhere for the taking. Even with the newer interior it still feels like the Burger King of old.
