I was really looking forward to the garlic spinach, but it had very little flavor. And the mayo-esque spread mostly added mess without adding much flavor. The bartender recommended the Tuna. I should have listened. Still, four flavorful beers, sweet potato fries, and a Lil' Shandy made this a worthwhile stop. Big TVs are abundant so you will definitely be able to catch whatever game you want. The bathrooms were single use and clean. The food menu had some good choices but so far I have only tried the pizza. For $13 the size and quality were on par. I feel like they could add a few more food options, but they are only in their third week as I write this so I expect they will expand as the figure out what their customers want. I am a little generous with a 5 star rating after one visit, but I want to help a new brewery get started so I rounded up (just a little).

I asked the host person if I was allowed to just wander into the bar. Received the go-ahead and made my way to the bar. I did have to duck in a few places because I relatively tall guy. The building looks like a converted basement, which admittedly I love. I sat down and was instantly handed a drink menu and a warm welcome. I ordered the Nordic Tea beer and it was delicate and delicious. A few minutes later my dinner guest arrived and we sat and chatted with all the lovely folks running the joint. Particularly Summer who is a born and bred Philly girl. Mad respect for her personality, hospitality, and general energy. She was attentive, and thoughtful about what she thought was best things on the drink and food menu. We ended up taking a picture outside with the glasses and creek in the background. Made our way back inside to have some food and it did not disappoint. I had the chicken sandwich (best thing on the menu maybe), two buffalo wings, olives, and my guest had the tortellini. We chatted with who I assume was the owner and they have so many cool plans and things coming in the future. The beer is in line with any top tier craft brewery and they offer a wide variety of beer styles with at lease 24 on draft at any given time and most are available in cans to go too. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable too. My only criticism is that they don't allow dogs or offer flights, or serve beer in glass (only plastic cups) nor do they offer any beer size smaller than 16oz. You can ask for tastes and they will be happy to allow you to sample all of the draft beer. I just with you could order a 6 or 8oz.

There were a couple of others like a stout, and I believe a white or a dark ale but for anyone who likes lagers like myself, you are SOL. I understand that IPAs are all the rage with the millennials and the 30 somethings but please get a little more variety, especially if you call yourself a brewery.
