When we arrived home and began setting up for our guests, we discovered that no sauce had been included at all. With 100 tenders, this was obviously a major part of the meal. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Troy. Unfortunately, his response was just as disappointing. He offered either a partial refund or for us to come back and pick up the sauce, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. His tone was very nonchalant and dismissive. When I asked to speak with another manager, his response was he was the highest managed at the store. Troy was unnecessarily rude and made it clear that our experience was not being taken seriously. He also made a comment that I was not a manager and wouldn't understand, so rude. Clearly he needed to flex his ego. I have no idea why he felt the need to bring that up, but it just shows his lack of professionalism and customer service. One of our party guests ultimately had to leave the birthday celebration and make the 30-minute round trip back to the restaurant for the sauce. By the time they returned, the chicken, fries, and bread we had paid for were cold. For the amount of money spent on a catering order, I expected much better attention to detail and basic courtesy when a mistake was made. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled matters. Unfortunately, the lack of concern and professionalism from management made an already frustrating situation much worse. I would not recommend this location for catering.

We originally started on DoorDash but it doesn't allow modifications so we decided to pick up. I had to drive back to go get it. Meanwhile, I got a text from my coworker saying we were missing 3 people's salad dressings... so I went to get those too. Once I got there, no one would look my direction to assist so I stood there awkwardly until I finally spoke up.
