I ordered 3 chicken green salsa and 3 pork red salsa tamales. Vale took my order, was very nice and accommodating. She told me I would get a text the next morning to confirm my order which I did receive. Later I got a text that the tamales were in the steamer and then when they were done and ready for pick up. When I got to their house, I shot them another text that I was there. Vale's husband Marco met me outside with the tamales. Marco was very nice and informative about their tamales and their plans getting their food truck in operation. The tamales were incredibly moist, tender and delicious! We were very impressed & satisfied. I preferred the pork because it was more flavorful and tantalizing. My wife really liked the chicken though. I will definitely order from them again. The only thing holding me back from giving them 5 stars is the fact that they need to get their food truck in operation and start being a true legitimate and professional business.

He's not much of a beer drinker, but as he took his first sip and then another, an ethereal glow seemed to spread from within. His beer had chosen him, too.
