I ordered 3 chicken green salsa and 3 pork red salsa tamales. Vale took my order, was very nice and accommodating. She told me I would get a text the next morning to confirm my order which I did receive. Later I got a text that the tamales were in the steamer and then when they were done and ready for pick up. When I got to their house, I shot them another text that I was there. Vale's husband Marco met me outside with the tamales. Marco was very nice and informative about their tamales and their plans getting their food truck in operation. The tamales were incredibly moist, tender and delicious! We were very impressed & satisfied. I preferred the pork because it was more flavorful and tantalizing. My wife really liked the chicken though. I will definitely order from them again. The only thing holding me back from giving them 5 stars is the fact that they need to get their food truck in operation and start being a true legitimate and professional business.

We always seem to stop in on their busiest days, and while the wait times can be a bit long, it's great to see them constantly busy. They have a young crew working hard, and you can tell at times it gets overwhelming with the phones ringing, orders printing, and customers coming in nonstop. Not giving a receipt is a fast food workers tactic to hide their most obvious faults to their guests and to keep voices from not being heard by higher ups within their respective companies, Yum brands being this one for this poorly ran franchise location.
