I happen to have a craving for panda express the other day for lunch so I stopped in the young lady who assisted me immediately, was very pleasant and appreciated the fact that I knew exactly what I wanted right away she began getting my bowl with the chicken fried rice with string bean chicken and a side order of two egg rolls. The whole process took but a few minutes and all the food was hot very appetizing and delicious I got a Sprite in the bottle and they had a very safe means of opening the bottles for their employees which I thought was great. It was not very full at the time, but as I was wrapping up, it began to fill up quickly and the young lady quickly picked up the pace effectively. I would say I had a wonderful lunch. read more

I have visited this location a few time. I feel the bowls I ordered have less meat than it should. Ordered a family meal with the apps. Supposed to be ready by the time I arrived. End up I have to wait for it and it was ready 30+ minutes later than the promised time. read more

I came to this new location today. My order came out to 9.51. I paid $10 cash and was owed $.49 in change. The employee said that due to the store having no pennies, they were rounding up. I thought this meant I'd get 45 cents change, but instead they rounded up to the nearest DOLLAR and gave me no change. My receipt called this a "donation." This is theft! It may just be $.49 cents but how much does it add up to across all their customers? This is unacceptable and I want this made right. I've filed a corporate complaint as well. This was my first time visiting this new location, and will be the LAST if Panda Express and/or the location's management does not rectify this immediately. read more

We have anxiously been waiting for this location to open. It seems like it took a very long time to be built from when we heard about it coming to Lake Stevens. We love how easy it is to order from their app and pick it up. We haven't tried the drive through yet because we order more than one thing at a time. I especially love their honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken entrée. Inside the restaurant they have lots of parking and they seem to always be busy with a line inside the store and in the drive through. We found ordering ahead is super easy. read more

For fast food style Asian food honestly panda did really well! I usually do online orders and it's convenient. My orders have been correct. Noodles are sometimes on the oily side and fried rice is a bit bland. But everything else is good! Most of the items are a fried meat, but they do have a few that are a little healthier. This place was packed! Cars backed up all through the drive thru. Not surprised. It's brand new. Place isn't massive but inside was nice and clean. Open concept as well. We ended up getting the family meal deal for 5 and it was extremely heavy. Portions were legit and we will have plenty of food the next day. I would highly recommend ordering online and going to pick up or you could be waiting a long time. Good was really good. Fresh veggies in each main dish we got. We didn't even try the orange chicken yet but we will when we come back again! 1st day! Food was super fresh at 1:30 pm. Fried rice-amazing, string beans chicken, Teriyaki. All fresh and delicious! Sider server was wonderful. Middle server couldn't give me half a scoop of one chick dish and half of another, seemed too hard for her. No sample was offered. Teriyaki- girl gave me the well browned piece like I asked. Really nice! Gave it a 4 as others got a free panda.... I did not-- sad face. Service was great for first few hours except for Miss "the customer doesn't matter!" 2 outta 3 customer service is ok. Not a fan. I haven't eaten at Panda in 20 years and coming back reminds me why. The staff were amazing and fun but the food is terrible in my opinion. Everything tasted like it's fresh out of the box. Fried rice is very dry and bland. I don't see myself ever coming back. read more

I was waiting in front of the line for 3 mins and no one greeted me. Not even the manager Alberto. Just looking at me while standing there. Kinda crazy not going to lie. I placed my online order at 5:30pm and it said it would be ready at 6:02pm. I arrive around 6pm and waited with all the other delayed online orders. My order wasn't ready until 6:52pm. Those of us with online orders watched as people without an order could walk up, place their order and leave within 10-15 minutes. They prioritized the walk-ups and made the online orders wait for well over an hour. The employees were working hard, but the system was terrible. The store should have the ability to turn off the online orders, prioritize those orders with the walk-in orders or adjust the time on those orders. Once we got home we realized they messed up one of our orders, so I had an unhappy child that didn't get to enjoy their food. This place needs to do better. read more

Never in my 25 years of being alive, have I ever been in the drive-through this long. I waited 50 minutes for a single plate. Keep in mind there was only 3 cars ahead of me. Used up a good amount of gas doing so too. It's ridiculous how they can't prioritize people who've been waiting for 30+minutes!
