The gas is…read morealways on the cheaper side compared to the general public, anywhere from 5 to 10 cents on any given day. I fill my tank w/ premium and knowing that they are always better priced makes me less concerned about overpaying for something I shouldn't be. For example: today's premium gas costs anywhere from $3.75 or more a gallon at most of the stations, however, I paid $3.65 at this location. That's a buck-seventy saved per tank - - doesn't sound like much but I fill my tank 3x a week so it adds up. It is pay before you pump, however, the guy who works here regularly in the evenings is very nice and polite and once he gets to know and trust you he just turns the pump on when you arrive so you can start filling up right away saving you time and that extra trip walking into the store. They've been getting hampered by construction on their street corner which is resulting in a decline in business, but as a customer it's really not that inconvenient. The side street (Pernales) exit is blocked off but the main street access (7th) is still open so it's really just business as usual for me. There's plenty of bright lights so you feel safe, the attendant has a good line-of-sight and is very close by (in case you're worried about safety), and there's a drive-thru window if you just want to pull in and buy something from the convenient store.

Both guys working were very kind and the one behind the counter made a call to a friend to get the Green Taxi phone number. He then called the number and handed me the phone so I could make the reservation. It took about 20 min for a taxi and as we were standing outside at 10:30 at night, he came out to check on us and see if the taxi was on its way. I remember once when I used one of those 6-bottle cardboard holder and when going up the stairs to my apartment, the cardboard holder gave way and I lost 3 bottles, immediately I emailed Dana and she replied that she was so sorry and she told me to go the customer service at the Business Center to pick up my replaced bottles. This reminds that I need to make myself acquainted with the new wine and beer manager. Most of the cashiers are very friendly and it's always helps when they have a bagger to assist the cashier to expedite check-out. All in all, this is a great store where I'm able to shop and get everything that I need.
