I never go to this gas station unless it's for Jalisco beer. And the only reason I'm currently going there for the beer is because the arco across the street has been out for a few weeks now. This yelp is specifically for MARIA the store manager whom is extremely rude and to wonder how she ever got a job as a manager is mind blowing. The last couple visits, I've been been dealing with a younger white girl with purple hair and usually she is very helpful and the assistant manager seems to be helpful as well. For the past couple weeks I've been going in and buying Jalisco beer and the cases just haven't been ringing up so everyone but MARIA will usually find a beer around the same price which is $15.99 and scan that one. Today and the past couple times she gets a case that's around $20.00 and says "sorry that's all I can do" no that's not all you can do MARIA! Fix the skew in the Jaliscos it's been weeks! Whatcha doing chick!? I also let her know today that again the arco across the way is $15.99 and have been out. She didn't give a rats booty! Well guess what MARIA after I left ur shitty attitude I went across the street and they had my Jaliscos for $15.99! Due to Maria and the majority of her crappy staff that have terrible attitudes. I mean I would to if I worked at a gas station. I will never go back, actually I may just one more to say hi after this review! HEY MARIA! Maybe you all ur sorry booty across the street and check the price yourself! They are fully back in stock at the Arco across the away from ur crap chevron. read more

Chevron off the 91 and green river drive. Stop here a lot. Place is great for a rest stop. Plenty of snacks and drinks warm food here. Hot coco also. Rest rooms here are always clean. Gas up here also. Great stop before you continue that long drive. Seems like I am always stopping here it's like my take a break section before I hit that long drive. Right off the freeway! what a lifesaver! I was running on an empty tank and had to get off the freeway right away. If anyone rides the 91 they know in that area there is long stretches in between exits. Used the bathroom here too. Not gross like other gas sations' bathrooms. read more

Right off of exit! Its an advantage because it is so close to the freeway but it is also a disadvantage since there is ALWAYS traffic at that exit. It is pretty easy to find, Google Map takes you right to the location and it is in the same complex as Starbucks & Tacobell! Perfect spot for to stop at for people who are travelling or even for the locals [gas,food & coffee]. I personally have never been inside the store because I would rather drive little further and get coffee from Starbucks and also because I just use my Chevron card to pay for the gas. P.S. Do not enter the complex with a sharp and full speed LEFT turn because there is a huge bump. read more

I was traveling back from Casino Morongo and was in desperate need of gas, a bathroom break, to be able to stretch my legs and find some water, luckily for me I came across this Gas Station. It is quite frustrating when driving long distances while looking for a Gas Station and/or Starbucks only to pass right by it because it did not have a sign that was visible from the thoroughfare you are on. Well this was not the case with this Gas Station because I could clearly see it as I approached while still on the 91 freeway. I exited the freeway and was able to pull into the parking lot with no troubles. I exited my vehicle and found the gas pumps to working properly, the key pads had a visible display and the pump even gave me a receipt at the end of transaction. This was the only gas station for miles and I found the gas prices to be right on par with others stations that I had passed in the previous days. It is nice when you come across a station that is not truly trying to take advantage of the captive audience in the middle of nowhere. After filling up my vehicle I pulled my vehicle away from the pumps into dedicated parking spaces and secured some parking. I walked inside to wash my hands after using the gas pumps and found a clean and freshly smelling bathroom=) I walked out of the bathroom and found the brand of water I was looking as well as several other selections to be in an ice cold refrigerated section. I walked around the small food mart and found the basic items you would find at a 7/11 on sale here. I selected what I needed to purchase and approached the cash register and was greeted with a 'hello' and asked how my day was going. I paid for my item and I was out the door. As I got back into my vehicle and pulled out of the parking lot I was literally feet away from the entrance ramp to get right back on the 91 freeway. I do not head out this way often but I will remember this spot and if I ever find myself in the same situation and close by to this location I will without question pay them a visit again. read more

Just paid $3/gallon when gas price $2.40 everywhere else. Normally I fill up, but got 3 gallons to get me to next station and left. I suggest others do the same to this price gouger! Their wallet is the only way to make them see the error of their ways...and Kharma. Shame on them. read more

Chevron is conveniently located up the street and by the fwy. Love Chevron gas too bad this particular location has the WORST customer service. I've been coming here off and on for 10+ yrs now. The staff her has always been rude, unfriendly, unhelpful... etc etc they are just CRANKY! Years ago I swithched from Chevron to Shell (right next to it) due to poor customer service. In the contrary Shell has extremely helpful and friendly staff. I personally prefer Chevron gas so I dediced to give this location one more try (2 yrs worth & avoiding to go inside). Last week I had a huge craving and decide to go inside, asked the girl who was working for a container for my nacho cheese (I like it on the side) - she was extremely rude, ROLLED her eyes at me! She could of just said, "we don't have any or we are out" minus the attitude. I seriously immediately left, hopped on the fwy and drove down to Serfas Club where Chevron has friendly staff. My mother fell this afternoon in the bathroom. The floor was very slippery and no signs were out. I asked the manager to call 911. My mother is 88 years old. The Manager refused stating it wasn't his responsibility and he refused to call 911 for assistance. I had to leave my mom on the floor to get to my phone out of the car. Occasionally I stop here to use the restroom which are always clean, during my commute from the I.E. to OC and one morning I forgot my cell phone in the bathroom and did not realize it till 2 hours later. I called them and they had my phone and questioned me about the phone. I have gave the clerk my name and she saved in a safe place for me. When I got there after work to pick it up the there was a different clerk working and he asked to see my ID. I'm so thankful for the Green River Chevron Employees. I used to live in the houses there in the late 80's - 90's and always had a good experience there. read more

Boycott at all costs. Syed and destiny were the worst example of customer service that I have ever seen. We bought a rotten Arizona drink for 99 cents and wanted to change it for a new one. I travel approximately 3000 miles a month. And one of the most important things I need besides gasoline is clean windows. I'm sure you understand how frustrating it is when you pick up a squeegee it it does not work. I want you to know that this gas station has the ultimate is squeegee and window washer power. Perfection at its finest the best I have seen if years no doubt. You might think I am joking when I tell you that this will make the difference of my choosing it for my future regular stop on my crossing the desert but I am not kidding. The gas here is always $0.20 more expensive than many other places, especially if you're not using cash. All the amenities are good, and the place is relatively clean, but you're going to get fleeced if you need to fill your gas tank. If you can make it into Orange County or Corona, you'll probably save yourself some gas money. read more
