I regularly frequent this Chevron, but my recent visit was met with some unexpected chaos. Upon arrival, a staff member greeted me with a leaf blower. He was literally using a leaf blower inside the store to blow dirt to just outside the door of the store where I had just parked.. i backed up briefly to let the dust settle, I politely requested that he refrain from adding to the mess, explaining that I had just had my car washed and didn't want dirt blown on to my freshly cleaned car. The response I received was less than understanding, leaving me slightly taken aback. Anyway he continued to use the leaf blower inside the store while I was still there. In my opinion using a leaf blower to clean inside a business where food and beverage is sold seems to be blowing dirt around on to the product you are trying to sell to your customers which is disgusting and disgraceful. read more

I'm not really sure what to say. It's a gas station. You aren't there beyond filling up and maybe grabbing a snack inside. Oh...they have a car wash too. The interior is always clean and open. The area around the pumps are well lit. I can't really expound on it anymore. The staff is friendly as an added bonus. :) read more

Add paper receipt to the pumps it's pretty annoying to go inside the store to ask for it, or is it a strategy for us to go in and purchase something well if we wanted to purchase something we would go inside and pay! read more

This is probably the only gas station that reboots every. Single. Day. Every time we pull up it's down.

I usually frequent this place with no problems but today some new Asian cashier was in the store and looking at my nephew all suspicious like he was really going to steal some two cents candy or something So when I called her out and told her I am a lawyer and we have money so we don't need to steal from your funky store, she had some more slick ish to say. She really should not be working at this place. She's going to catch this place a lawsuit. read more

Keep driving... Worst and most offensive customer service I have ever encountered. Stopped in to buy snacks and two cokes for the trip home. Multiple displays advertised buy 1 coke get 1 for $1. The prices rang up incorrectly and the cashier, Oveanie, told me the signs must be wrong. When I showed him the signs, he decided they only applied to regular coke. When I showed him the pictures of the other variations on the sign, and the text that clearly said all varieties of coke, he told me they probably forgot to take down the sign. At this point I decided to buy the soda anyway, but took pictures of the signs. He told me I could not take pictures and announced that he had the right not to serve me. He swiped my merchandise off of the counter and told me to get out of his store. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me I could wait till the morning, then said "oh wait a minute, she is on vacation". I asked who was above her and he said nobody. I told him he had made a bad situation unnecessarily worse and he said "just because your white, doesn't mean you are right." I said nothing in any way racist or inappropriate before or after this ridiculous comment and had not noticed or in any way considered his race on any manner. Now as I write this, he is sitting idly outside by the corner of the store smoking a cigarette, in front of a car wash sign, while the store sits empty, doors wide open, but no customers or staff. Initially I loved this gas station. The car wash is only $7, and free vacuuming after. However, the customer service is terrible. The man working came out and yelled at me because I "messed up his car wash sensors." Not sure if that's even a thing. I've been filling up on gas here and getting car washes, but will take my business to the much less expensive Arco down the street for gas and find a new car wash. Not sure if the guy I encountered is the owner, but if he isn't, the owner should be aware of the bad customer service. read more

Great all around facility. The owners recently redid the entire station. All new pumps and very easy access. There's a convenience store and an automotive service bay for your vehicle maintenance needs. Staff is friendly and has been there for years. Kudos to Mostafa, he's always happy to help. Rumor has it that they will be installing a car wash in site soon. read more

this gas station is always very clean. customer service is very good (for a gas station) and i'm glad to see that the clerks and cashiers wear their masks! it really helps me feel safe during these weird times. overall really grateful for this station, especially the woman who always makes conversation with my son, he loves the dipping dots here ! i prefer this gas station because of the cleanliness but the car wash doesn't work too well if you have big stains or dried substances like bird poop or really hard dirt so please work on that for five stars lol read more

Went here to use the car wash and it left my car worse than it was before, didn't clean the car entirely and left a streak of soap down the middle of the windshield that I couldn't see around then the dryer shut off without dryer my car leaving soap and water all over my car. We were using a GoPro at the time and had it all on video so my husband got out to tell the attendant about it and he guy got into an argument with my husband telling him that it "wasn't possible" for soap to have been left on the car but when we offered the video up, he said he didn't have time to watch it and that it just wasn't possible. It was a crappy car was followed up by crappy customer service. Please avoid this place at all costs. read more

What a shady place. The mechanic told me he will patch my tire for $15 bucks and just did a plug and told me it's fixed. When I confronted him about his lie he said some BS about he's been doing this for 15 years. What does that have to do with the lie he just told? Do not get your car fixed here. read more

This place have the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went there to get gas and so I went in to pay. When I first walk in I saw this guy who work there appear to be angry. He almost walk over me and never said excuse me. He look like he was tired or sleepy. Now I know you don't have to be jolly with everybody, but at least be nice to customers. He was very rude to you and if you ask him a question he just pop his lips or just answer you very rudely. I thought why is he so angry I just walk in the store to pay for my gas and buy a few items. But I was told this store is know for rudeness. read more

Been going to this gas station for a couple of years and now I can truly say this is my gas station. So gas is great no question but about 18 days ago I locked my keys in my van. When I went to the counter and asked for help the attendant was so kind and helpful. Since my AAA card was locked in my van the attendant without hesitation used his AAA card to get me service and he did it all with a smile. Thanks again for all your help. read more

Garbage... if you drive quickly into it you'll miss the first half of the wash, 3 cars in front of me , took mins for them to finish.

Be very careful when using credit cards at this gas station. My card has been hacked twice just after using it here.
