But, Just because it's an old lady doesn't mean that she is oblivious about the condition of her car. She drives it every day! This could have been five stars but now we both question the integrity of this shop. If they lie about the little things, imagine their response if it was something bigger. I told them the date I would be there, they said no problem give them a call when I needed them. I called and was told that, "they didn't feel like dealing with that today". To say I was pissed off, would be an understatement since I had a short 4 hour window. It took me 3 hours to find another company who was available. The guy on the phone was rude and sarcastic. I would never use this company, if their customer service is this way, I can only imagine what kind of care they would do handling towing a vehicle.
