The repair was easy enough to fix, but the biggest issue is that the tech did not own up to it. Hey mistakes happen. But, Just because it's an old lady doesn't mean that she is oblivious about the condition of her car. She drives it every day! This could have been five stars but now we both question the integrity of this shop. If they lie about the little things, imagine their response if it was something bigger. We will not return based on this. Which is a shame. As a mechanic I am always asked to refer people to other places. No referrals for you guys. Thanks for the tunes though.

I am so impressed with Ev's High Tech Towing…read more After my mom died in Gold Beach, they safely towed and stored her vehicle until my family and I could address the situation. On our way out of town, my vehicle got in a fender bender, and Kevin swooped in and hooked up my rig like it was no big deal. His kindness and patience was much appreciated, with everything my family and I had already been through during the week. I didn't get to catch the name of the tow truck driver who drove me/my ride down into California (a 200 mile trip!) but he was a great sport, and gave me a huge hug after dropping me off. I'm very thankful for the compassion these guys showed me during a pretty stressful time in my life. Highly recommend.

I called this company from Calif when I was bring a 20 ft Ocean Container up to Gold Beach…read more I explained I would need a tow truck flat bed to transfer it and place it on the ground. I told them the date I would be there, they said no problem give them a call when I needed them. I called and was told that, "they didn't feel like dealing with that today". To say I was pissed off, would be an understatement since I had a short 4 hour window. It took me 3 hours to find another company who was available. The guy on the phone was rude and sarcastic. I would never use this company, if their customer service is this way, I can only imagine what kind of care they would do handling towing a vehicle.
