I haven't been to a gas station for 2 years and this is the cleanest one I've ever been to in Las Vegas. Right when I walked in there was a line but that went quicker than I expected. The employee Gregory was efficient, attentive, very welcoming as he acknowledges every customer that walks into the store and I love the fact that he's constantly disinfecting, cleaning, and organizing! This place does not even deserve one star. Today I was getting gas and I turned on the automatic shut off while getting my gas & got in my car. It failed to shut off automatically which has never ever happened to me before, and I didn't notice it right away and it was pouring out of my gas tank. Luckily, another lady near me saw it happening and alerted me so I quickly got out of my car and shut it off! There were NO paper towels anywhere at any of those fill points to get gas. Luckily, I had a towel in my car and started wiping everything off including myself. I went inside to tell the employees and to get some paper towels but they didn't have any in the register area, nothing, nada. They said I can go use the restroom lol what a fucking joke! None of them gave one iota about the situation and no one offered to help so I went back to my car and wiped it off some more with a towel I had, and as I was getting in my car an employee came out and didn't say one word to me. He just replaced the paper towels. When I alerted him to the huge mess of gasoline all over the ground that I thought might be dangerous for others, he just looked at it and walked away. Wow. Incredibly horrible customer service and complete idiots at Terribles at this location. U know what? It's definitely TERRIBLE!!! Great name. read more

1 Star for me actually going to a different gas station and 1 star for the cheaper gas at this station versus the one by my house. Otherwise- YUCK! This place is dirty dirty dirty. I reached down to grab the gas pump handle and my hand almost got stuck to it because it was so sticky and gross. I know this is a gas station and those pump handles are gonna be dirty but I shouldn't have to bring gloves with me to get gas. The trash was also overflowing at the pump. It looked like they never come outside and clean up. Maybe it was too hot for them. =) I did not go inside and thank god. I can only imagine what that looked like. They should have a clean outside and it will be more inviting for people to go in and get other things. They are definitely losing money because of this Who knows? Chevron - the price of a gas pump - Gas Stations Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I've been here many times for gasoline. I always walk in to pay cash so rely on face-to-face customer service at a register. Most of the time service is really good; fast and professional. One time I walked past an employee who was taking a cigarette break in front of the store and then I proceeded to wait at the register (less than a minute) while she finished her cigarette and then she came back into the store to take my gasoline purchase. She was courteous at the register, but I still should not have had to not only walk through a smoke-filled area to get into the store but then made to wait. I didn't see any other employee in the store that could have covered the register. I hope she did not have to work her shift alone. Not cool. The location is convenient for me, and considering the numerous times I've had good service I plan on returning in the future as needed. read more

I like this location. It has plenty of room for parking and pumping gas. It is located in a shopping center that has a lot of good options from hardware to food to nails so very convenient to get gas or a snack while passing through. The store is clean inside and out. I always see someone sweeping the parking lot. Staff inside is friendly. I haven't used the restrooms before. All in all, your typical, but clean and spacious convenient store. don't know what the obsession is with the amount of Terrible's so close together on Charleston is, but it's a heck of a lot cleaner than the one near Del Taco! read more

Terrible service! Wouldn't take my card and had to go see cashier. Pump wouldn't work and no one could figure out or help as I stand out in the cold for 10 minutes and go inside twice! Nice staff... Good ppl. I let them know that I had vomit in my car and they didn't mention they are not equipped to clean the Vomit. After I paid $30 for my car they could not clean the main reason I had come to them. They did not even over a refund. read more

It is what it is...but local terribles plus chevron is a win win. Its not as cheap as an Arco but hey its not an Arco...this location is one of the safest cleanest locations. Well lighted and well spaces out. Convenient and lot of shopping areas near by as well. Air pumo does have a $1.00 fee by the way. read more

Zero stars if I could rate it that way. The man at the front counter was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He was sarcastic and walked away and would not check me out. This location and two others that are close by have provided great services for myself and my family over the last few years. Prices go up and down everywhere, but their service has been consistent. As a regular customer, most address me by name, and with a smile. I like the car wash choices, a price for everyone. I have my oil changed there, they will match the price of others, and accept any discount, plus give you a soft drink and free wash. They have helped my wife and son with the pumps when asked. read more
