Honestly goated gas station. They got an ICEE machine and a freaky frazil one if you're into that kind of thing. They also have the awful refrigerator screens that make no sense but it adds a bit of pizazz to the establishment. If I could give them a zero star I would totally will customer service it's just awful. I walk in to get gas and I bumped into a man cashier with really bad attitude . I ask for gas and he said I had to wait 5 min for a don't know what reason. He was rude and disrespectful. We all have bad days but no reason to get it out on others. Quit lying and saying you're open 24 hours if you'll let your employee with the Gray Honda SUV close the store when he's on shift for "cleaning." I've been coming to this gas station for eight years every morning and today I was turned away by a girl with brownish red hair and glasses. She would not tell me how long the door would be locked for she wouldn't communicate with me. She just gave me an awful look for knocking on the door or trying to open it, everyone has been really nice except this girl just has a bad attitude and not care. I watched 15 other cars come up and try to go inside and she would not tell anybody how long she was gonna be and she would not come to the door to speak to us. I understand there's rules, but you have to communicate with your customers, especially people going there for years. If you can't handle customer service and helping people, she should go find another job. read more

This was a short, convenient stop for gas and some bottled water. I drove into this station, hopped into the convenience store, paid, pumped gas, and left. This station is located in the OC, and the surrounding area was not too bad. It was a quiet place, from what I gathered. The workers here were alright, they took care of me. The gas was comparably priced to other gas stations in the area. The place was clean, and a stone's throw away from the 5-freeway. This gas station did its job, and did it well. read more

I desperately had to tank up and this Chevron was open and right off of the 73 with a super easy on and off access. Very clean. Their gas prices were about $0.30 higher than elsewhere. I did purchase the car wash basic for $8.00 and felt it was worth it. To pay $10 or $12 for more deluxe options, I expect a vacuum option. Note: CAR WASH - the wait midday on a weekday for getting my car washed in the automatic drive through was actually about 20+ minutes. For me at the time, it was worth it. Just, know that and plan accordingly. Car Wash: you can add it at the pump for all 1 cost and transaction for your receipt, but you do have the option to drive over and pay AT the Car Wash, so if you see the line is super long, or even more than 2 cars, that'll be 15 minutes or longer, being about 5 minutes + per car, there's also a drive bypass the car wash lane. For a Drive Through no person car wash, the $8 basic no frills was worth it. I did NOT go inside and had no contact with the Cashier, so I can't attest to that at all. This review is for the mediocre car wash. I stopped by and got the Works wash for $12 and it was not great, heck, it wasn't even okay. You know when you go through one of these washes and there is so much soap, wax and sealer that it looks like you plowed through a herd of Unicorns? Well, this isn't that. While sitting there in my car in the car wash I noticed the amount of soap and sealer was so minimal that I had to take a pics of it and I'll attach them if I can. On a 1-10 scale I'd give this a 4, and that's being generous. The drying isn't any better. You sit there and the blower goes back and forth and then it's over and you leave. It felt like one of those semi-disappointing Tinder dates that you just kind of stick with because, well, you're already there and why not, what else is there to do on a Tuesday? And just like a Tinder date I'd suggest bringing a towel to dry it after. I basically ended up with a rinsed car covered in water spots. Good luck! read more

We come here pretty often to use the car wash. My hubs swears by it for both of our cars, including his beloved Porsche because the wash is touchless. It does do a really good job of getting your car clean. He always brings a towel with him to wipe down some of the spots that the dryer doesn't get. You'll also need to do your own wheels. Pumps always stop for no reason! My car was almost to the point that was considered as dangerously low so finally I decided to get gas. After pumping for one gallon, the pump suddenly stopped. I re-adjusted the nozzle and it kept on happening. At first I thought it was just one bad pump so it was no big deal. I moved on to another pump and the same thing happened. I asked the guy at the pump opposite from me if he was having any trouble and he replied that his pump kept on shutting off as well. At least 3 bad pumps? Really? I went here today in hopes to get a really good rinse and wash on my car. I paid $10 and my car doesn't look much different than what it was when I first drove through. I paid for the medium wash the only thing it did not do was my undercarriage and a spot free rinse. I have spots all over my car and it looks like the dirt was just washed around. I'm very disappointed that I spent $10 and did not get a decent wash. read more

The car wash was changed recently and it went from bad to worse. It no longer accepts cash, and it won't accept credit cards because it's offline. Really handy to find that out after you've been in line for ten minutes and have three cars behind you. The "help" button on the wash box doesn't work, and their ringers are off. I tried dialing their number while in the store to see if their phone rang. I asked him to see if I had the right number, and he didn't even know the area code, much less the number (or so he said). All that would be something you could work around if the washes were decent, but the wash has gone from doing a sub-par job to a pretty lousy job. The new machine they have is by far the most useless drive-through car wash I've ever been to. All it did was push the dirt around, like dry cleaning but for a car. The attendant was useless -- told me to come back another day while the manager was on duty because he "didn't know how" to hand me my $10 bill back. I regularly purchase items at this location. I attempted to purchase some items today, but the cashier would not accept the $10.00 bill I handed her. She ran it through a machine and said the machine rejected it, so she could not accept it. The irony of this is that this same $10.00 bill was part of the change I received from a prior transaction the day before. I've seen businesses check $20.00 and higher bills, but a $10.00???...Maybe they should run bills through their machine before they give change to their customers.
