They also never return phone calls (voicemails). The customer isn't always right but that doesn't mean the pharmacy manager needs to be so abrasive and unkind.

I really like how clean this particular Walgreens is, and there's usually not too many people inside, but this particular day, the whole plaza was filled! Lol, no one was actually inside Walgreens except for the workers and the three people in line ahead of me at the pharmacy! Lol so I have no idea where all those cars/people were from the cars parked out in front! Anyways, I was able to get my two vaccines, since I'll be traveling soon yet one of them I was able to get maybe 20+ years earlier than had anticipated due to a personal health issue that I'm pretty sure is on my health chart and yet the pharmacist at this particular location asked me how and why I was allowed to get that particular vaccine. I told her it should be on my chart and if my doctors Prescribing the vaccine for me. I believed I was supposed to get it and follow my doctors orders. She pressed me and asked me again what my health concerns were. I didn't feel very comfortable stating it out loud what my personal health restrictions are, especially since there's glass in front of everyone and I would be yelling into it while everybody could hear me. What about HIPAA?! Anyways! I was able to get the two vaccines I needed, but I will give them only three stars because of the awkward double questioning my doctors orders of a vaccine, and then the fact there were only three people in line ahead of me, and it took me 45 minutes to get my two vaccines . Granted I know one of the vaccines takes 20 minutes become ready because it Has to sit out of the freezer or something for a bit. Still only three stars. I'll probably go back again, but hopefully they won't question me about my health in front of everybody! Oh and I love the fact this Walgreens is in Los Gatos and I got lunch near by at a coffee shop. Hee.

They carry a few 7-Eleven exclusive items, and although you may not find vinyl pop figures and things like that, they often have limited release snacks and some harder to find items like the Paqui "One Chip Challenge". All in all, this is a great place to grab a morning pick me up or mid day munchie.

A similar gallon of milk cost me $4.99 at Safeway but I had to drive 10 minutes to get to Safeway for that milk. To me this 7-11 is very reasonably priced and I really appreciate that. I also think it helps increase sales at 7-11 stores if they stay reasonably priced because people won't have a reason to drive all the way to a grocery store if they can get a short list of items at 7-11 for nearly the same price. Another thing that is great about this 7-11 is the customer service. I recently had to pay with quarters and at no point did I feel embarrassed about this while shopping here and that made me feel good. The team member working the cash register actually told me that they appreciate men paying in change because they need the change! I will say that it's a bummer that they don't take Apple Cash here though.
