Everything is overly sweet and bland. Same in their Santa Clara location. I tried pistachio basque cheesecake. You could taste cheese, but not caramelization from the Basque effect, or pistachio. Very basic. At their other bakery location, I tried a few matcha things and they were plagued with same problem. The matcha flavor was not pronounced and everything tasted ersatz and boring. Bummer. as it's a super cute little cafe in downtown Los Gatos and they have so many nice looking options.

The café is dirty, the tables are greasy, the seat cushions are stained, and I had to wipe my own table while the staff stood around watching. When I asked why the tables weren't being cleaned, I was given a sour look, as if it were my responsibility. The cakes taste old and stale. I genuinely don't understand why the owner allows her staff to treat customers this way simply because of the language they speak. Personal opinions or biases have no place in customer service.
