I want to share a recent experience that made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. There is a woman who frequently spends time around this gas station and appears to be struggling with either homelessness or mental health challenges. I typically try to keep my distance to avoid any issues. Recently, while waiting to use the restroom (which does not indicate when it is occupied, so you have to check the door), I lightly tried the handle and realized someone was inside. When the woman came out, she began yelling at me in an aggressive manner. It startled me because my action was unintentional and simply part of checking whether the restroom was available. I even smiled at her when she exited in an effort to be polite and de-escalate the situation. Staff members attempted to calm her down, but as she walked away, she continued muttering inappropriate comments toward me under her breath. Later, when I was getting water before leaving, she again made another rude remark directed at me. While I understand that some individuals may be going through difficult circumstances, the behavior felt threatening and deeply uncomfortable. As a customer who was simply trying to use the restroom and make a purchase, I did not feel safe in that moment. I respectfully ask that management take steps to ensure that customers are not subjected to that aggressive or hostile behavior on the premises (they make small talk with her/seem friendly with her). As someone who was simply trying to use the restroom and make a purchase, I should not have to feel uneasy or threatened. Although this was my only personal experience, she appears to frequent this gas station, and the aggressive nature of the interaction makes me concerned about what measures are in place to protect customers if she does this again to someone else. read more

I'd give it a 3.5. GAS Overall, this station is clean inside (aisles, toilets, etc.) and around the building, but keep an eye out for people loitering on the lot and near the car wash. Fuel prices are ridiculously high, but you are not far from the freeway entrance to I-15, Promenade Mall, Chic-Fil-a, Lowes, and other services you enjoy on your journey to wherever . The station is right next to the Advanced Auto Parts/Pep Boys Store, Jiffy Lube, and a Self-Service Car wash, if you need more for your car than fuel. GOODIES They've got your standard line up of snacks, jerkies, nuts, and beverages, to tempt your palette or break your scale. Nothing lacking in this department for those just stopping through and filling up your tanks (tummy and car). GENTLE WASH If you use the car wash, know that it is brushless/rag less. It uses water and soap jets, to dissolve and remove dirt from your car. I prefer this washer type, because rags and brushes can have rocks, glass, and other debris that may scratch your paint, as it cleans your car. And, the automatic dryer and available vacuum cleaners make quick work of keeping your car looking good for those short or long commutes. read more

This is a gas station right off a main road in Temecula, right near the freeway, which is convenient, but a little sketchy. I came during the daytime and still there were two men lingering around the pumps, looking at cars at the pumps, and they kept staring at me so I made sure not to exit the car or get near them, waiting for them to leave. Gas prices expensive at the time so maybe try another gas station unless you are on Empty and this is the nearest one. read more

Don't turn in lotto tickets here. The overweight older man that works here doesn't know how to do math and ripped me off! I won 2 scratchers. One was $5 win the other was a free ticket. He only gave me $5 and wouldn't give me the free ticket because he said that I won $5 between both! But I didn't I clearly won on both tickets! I should have asked for my tickets back and went somewhere else! This man literally ripped me off! Glad it was only a free ticket! But you lost my business because of this! read more

When it comes to quality automobile gasoline, then Chevron, like many others, comes into mind. This station is situated along Winchester, adjacent to PepBoys and Trader Joe's. What I like the most about this place is their car wash station. Not only you can get one free car wash for a total of only five car washes, but I also enjoy their lighting station inside. It's has multi-colored blinkers that makes you feel like you're in a rave club. We like opening our sunroof cover to see the water splash on the glass roof and turn on our disco music to dance along with the light blinkers. read more

Very easy access in the Trader Joe's/Pep Boys shopping center. Lots of room to maneuver and usually not crowded. The only downside is the price of gasoline. A little higher than others. read more

Located just a few blocks from the 15, this is an easily accessbile gas station. In my experience, Chevron tends to be higher than most other stations, but this was convenient for me and I was willing to pay for that convenience. While my gas pumped, I ran in to buy some water and snacks for the road trip. I also realized that I was in California and that Mega Millions tickets were available. I knew that the jackpot was HUGE, and being from Nevada where we don't have the lottery, I asked the cashier for some assistance. He was very nice and patient and helped me with 2 drawings worth of quick picks. You better believe he is getting a cut when I win! ;) Overall, it was a nice, clean station with a friendly staff. If I am in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by again. read more

Yo so I parked under a tree at work and 6 hours later like 20 birds crapped on my car and I couldn't really go to the hospitality car wash cuz I didn't wanna spend 50 bucks (they're dope tho). So as I was going over to this chevron to grab some takis I decided to go through their car wash cuz their best one was only ten bucks. Mannn I went through there thinkin this car wash will never get that bird crap off and when it dried my car sure enough it looked smokin clean. Only gets three stars cuz every time I go there their takis have no red dust on them. read more

Bad customer Assistance and service rude and not helpful at all. I wouldn't come back again

Came to get some snacks and they had a "be back in 10min" sign up. Waited about 17 min, finally gave up and looped around to leave. Saw both workers sitting out on the curb, smokin' and jokin'. This is my go to place for gas in Temecula; mainly because of the location, certainly not because of their prices. You are absolutely paying roughly 5 cents more (give or take) a gallon for (my guess) the location. It is very convenient and has an easy on easy off accessibility. The facility is typically clean and I have always very pleasant interaction with the Cashiers. read more

Very clean, not busy, gas pumps are fast, prices are reasonable, just a few blocks from the 15 freeway. Type in your Vons Club # and you may get 10 cents off per gallon. I cleaned my windshield and their washer fluid actually has soap in it, compared to just water at other gas stations. read more

This Chevron has free water and air. You don't have to run in and ask them to turn on the air.

Car wash is the worst. Waste of 28 minutes. Car is still dirty. All it uses is a week a$$ pressure washer. I wanted to go to the cashier and say "the car wash sucks, give me my money back." read more

Stopped by on our way from Palm Springs to San Diego. Great location with reasonable price; the price was the same as the station in San Diego. The bathroom was perhaps the cleanest gas bathroom I have visited; there were even hand soap in the soap dispenser! The store was also very clean. read more

Appalled by the people working there on Thursday at 11:50am. I stood there at the register for 5+min with a line behind me with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. It was disgusting. I finally asked for help out and she said with an attitude "it's this register". She couldn't tell me that while I stood there with a line? They literally were putting stickers on things. Unfortunate car wash situation turned my perception of this gas station instantly. After filling up my tank with gas I purchased a $10 car wash and proceeded into the car wash. The system started and everything was going well. There is an arm that continually rotates around your vehicle spraying soap or water. Well this arm went around about three or four times, and on the third or fourth rotation it hit the passenger side mirror forcing it forward and it got wedged. This caused the entire system to shut down. I exited the car wash checked my mirror, which was fine, and proceeded into the cashier for my refund. Once inside, I started telling the cashier about what had just happened then she directed me to a Chris Satterwhite. Chris then began to tell me that he was gonna let me take my vehicle back into the car wash that just almost took off my passenger side mirror. I told him that I would prefer to get my $10 back. I was not at all disappointed with the situation until this point, but then... I was told by Chris that he could not refund my $10 because it was my fault. I asked him how was it that I was at fault. He first told me that it was because I didn't drive my vehicle (Dodge Grand Caravan) into the wash correctly. He said that I did not pay attention to the guides of where to put my tires. Now mind you, I have used this car wash plenty of times without error. Chris then continued to explain the arm works on sensors and can tell where your car is and uses it as a guide. I don't know which of those is true, but I know that the arm circled my vehicle multiple times without hitting it, so obviously I was centered in the wash correctly as well as the arm was sensing my vehicle at first and then somehow got out of line. What I don't understand is, "How is this my fault, and why couldn't I just get my $10 back?" I am completely baffled as to why Chris would argue with a customer that paid for a service at his station, and his equipment failed to provide that service. I knew that discussing this with Chris was a lost cause because whenever I tried to explain he, would proceed to talk over me as if I wasn't understanding what he was saying. Customer service tip Chris; It's probably a good idea to let an unhappy customer finish talking before you start.. I would think it's hard to resolve a customers concerns if you don't let them tell you what they are. Finally, I asked Chris for his bosses name and number so that I could escalate my concerns. He gave me the name Eric Urback and the gas station's phone number. All I was looking for was my $10 refund for a service I did not receive. I will be contacting Eric and hopefully he is more rational than Chris. If he is not, then I will continue to escalate this to their corporate. At that point it will turn from a $10 refund to just principle of right & wrong. Even though I've preferred that station over others, If they do not correct this mistake, I will no longer use their services.
