Early morning, after school, evening drive are always packed due to its convenience to gas and go on the freeway down the road. Things that are good here are that the owners keep it clean. I often see a guy wiping down the pumps and taking out the trash. The squeegees have clean window cleanser in it and aren't all beat up. Pumps have little tv's to pass the 2 minutes you are pumping in case you need your attention filled constantly. The air machine works - yes you heard it right... air! Sometimes its the little things that matter. The snack shack is pretty standard, and the employees are friendly. Oh and another plus is if you have to go late at night it is very well lit. So despite the occasional line to pump this is a good station gas up at. Pro Tip - Don't forget your Ralph's Rewards to $ave on the cost for gas!

I'm not done yet...you also have a wonderful, clean, and convenient drive thru car wash you can purchase for $13...with a bonus of getting 20 or 30 cents off your fuel! I forgot which one it was. Then I was able to use my Ralphs Rewards for more money off!!! The car wash was a "magic wash" better than any of the ones I seen in other shells. But you have to drive onto a track. Someone came out to help me but I was still missing the point. Once I got it, the man was nice enough to actually soap down my front and back windshield by hand! Wanted to try to tip him whatever cash I may have had but he disappeared like a magical elf!!! All around wonderful experience!!!

When they had to refund the cashier refused to refund the correct amount and said "Oh well" when she told him this is not how much it should be. Today, while waiting to pay, a woman who had just filled up her tank went up to the cashier to get her change. She showed her receipt, saying that she paid $60 and the change due was #40, but the cashier would not give her the change or look up the transaction. Today, however, I had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier at the front. I pulled into a stall and removed all the plugs from my tires in preparation to pump air. I then went inside to pay for the air, but the cashier refused to give me a token unless I first put gas in my car. I tried to reason with her that I was already prepared to pump air and that I would be putting gas in my car next, but she refused to budge. I was very disappointed with the cashier's attitude and lack of customer service. I am a loyal customer of this station, and I have never had a problem before. I find it unacceptable that the cashier would refuse to provide me with such a basic service, especially since I was already prepared to pay for it. In addition, I believe that the cashier's actions may be illegal under California law. California law requires gas stations to provide free air and water to customers who purchase gasoline or diesel fuel. Even though I had not yet put gas in my car, I was still a customer of the station and was entitled to free air. In the end, I did go back and pump gas but not the full tank as I had intended. I will not be returning to this gas station again. I urge other local residents to do the same. There are plenty of other gas stations in the area that will provide you with free air and better customer service. Terrible service!

It's where i can get a quick fill up, snack and a cold drink for the road. The gas pumps are easy to access, and the station is clean with very few homeless. It could be because there is a CHP station a block down. Inside the store there's a nice selection of drinks snacks and essentials. The staff is friendly. It's a reliable quick stop any time of day or night.

I've come to realize they don't have their employees trained on how to refill it. The employees will just tell you they are out of propane. We go to Ventura a lot for camping. The first pump I tried wasn't accepting credit or debit cards. The second pump, same thing. The third pump the gas (not diesel) hose was disconnected and lying on the ground, the pump seemed to be inoperative. The fourth pump happily took my card and only then did I notice that the handles were physically locked to the dispenser with padlocks. When I went inside to speak with an employee nobody was present and there was a line of 5 or so customers waiting for someone to show up. This used to be a nice station. Never again.
