As the three rugs were rolled and wrapped when we picked them up after cleaning, we didn't open the rugs until we had moved to our new home, and renovations and move-in were complete. One of the rugs was perfectly cleaned; another had some snags and a bit of discoloration; and the third rug was all snagged strains of carpet. That particular rug was in perfect, beautiful shape when taken to Ayoub, but was a mess when finished. There's no doubt that the person who did the rug had to have noticed the damage, but we were never informed.

Faisal was knowledgeable about all of the differences and was able to provide some valuable information about our rugs. He and his crew washed six rugs and made repairs to two of them. I was eye to eye with at least 6 employees and NONE of them spoke, offered assistance, or seemed to care about me being an actual paying customer. I guess discussing their happy hour plans was more important than assisting the customers. After I grabbed the items I wanted, I got in line. I saw that register one was open and didn't have any customers, so I proceeded to it. Instead of letting me know she wasn't open, I had to ask and the cashier said, "we are open, not ready for you yet." Rude and should've been handled much better, but whatever. I then head back to the line but another line opened up. As soon as I approach, the cashier said, "no, she's next!" Talking about the woman behind me. I said, "No! I'm next. I just went to register one and they're not open!" She apologized and said she thought I came the wrong way into the line. Now, why would I do that? I can clearly see where the line starts and ends and I clearly understand the concept of a line! That interaction was the icing on the cake. I won't be returning to this location. And of course, HomeGoods always has excellent prices. Customer service was helpful, and mostly personable. But parking is a bit busy, even on a mid week, mid day visit. However, the parking lot is huge. This is my favorite location in the area! Highly recommend!
