He's able to work to find what you need by using his catalogs and showroom in combination. I showed him a picture of the type of sectional we were looking for and he made it happen. Five years later we still love it and it's a beautiful comfortable piece in our family room. The sofa bed also was great and another statement piece in our home. Recently I was looking to upgrade my daughter's bed from her toddler crib and had a few pictures on Amazon of the bed I wanted to get her but didn't trust buying such an important piece of furniture from Amazon. I rather would order from a reputable furniture store. So I came to Ayman again and he took a look at the pictures and found me similar ones in his catalog but nothing exactly the same. He reassured me that 1 of the options were doing to worth ordering from Amazon as the wood and construction looked solid. This shows what amazing salesman he is! He actually encouraged me to buy the Amazon bed, and connected me with his trusted colleague to assemble the bed. He then sold me a fantastic mattress to go with the bed at a great value, high quality mattress for my daughter. The whole transaction was smooth and pleasant and enjoyable! He delivered the mattress personally with his daughter and you can tell he's a hardworking family man. We're lucky to have gala futons in the neighborhood as I wouldn't hesitate to go to him for any furniture needs!

Problem 1: At pickup my lamp was tagged $55 for repair. Eva couldn't explain why, said the person was confused but she would charge me $35. Problem 2: Before bagging the lamp and driving back home with my lamp I ask Eva to plug it to confirm it turned back on. The lamp didn't turn on. Clearly it wasn't fixed or checked by anyone prior to calling me for pickup. Eva says leave it and I will have the repair person look again. Problem 3: Eva calls me back and says well the lamp should be rewired to replace the plug and thats going to be $65. I was quoted $35 to fix the lamp. The lamp should be fixed at the quoted price $35. The lamp should have been checked prior to calling for pickup. Complete waste of my time.

I was also told that day that they put the wrong console on the desk and it needed to be replaced. Given these prices, I would expect that these things would be checked before delivery was schedule. Still waiting for everything to get sorted, but it's been incredibly frustrating.
