After 5 days in an ice storm with no power we ventured out and found Chex open. We had ordered take out and Door Dash before and have always been pleased but this time was even better. The staff were super welcoming and even sold us on a new wing flavor by letting us sample it. Can I just say Strawberry Hot...my new favorite flavor!! It was our first time eating in and they have plenty of seating...and today it was especially nice to have heat and lights The phillys are good, wings are great (and can order them crispy). They also have burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads and desserts. "Chex" them out!

Chex Grill & Wings in the nations is a great wings spot with a ton of flavor options. It seems like most orders are pick-up to-go options. They do deliver; however, free delivery is only free over $1,000 . Staff is nice and food is prepared quickly. There's a small parking lot with additional street parking if it fills up.

This is your sign to get up off that couch and take your behind on over to Chex! Best wings I've had in the area HANDS DOWN! Not only is there a great variety of flavors, there is something for everyone and each flavor was carefully curated to provided maximum deliciousness factor. Prices are reasonable, we tried 3 different wing flavors and had 2 drinks for under $25 We tried Strawberry Hot, Cajun Ranch and Honey Gold. Strawberry Hot was the reason we showed up and it did NOT disappoint!! (Our friend let us try their lemon pepper sauce and their fries and I have to make a note here- I am picky about my French fries but these fries were 10/10, I recommend! Seasoned great and the perfect balance of potato and crisp!) **Pro Tip: Try the Lemonade- Samher, our favorite Chex employee let us in on the inside scoop and we are beyond grateful we listened! You can also buy a half gallon for $6 You cannot forget to save room for dessert, there are a variety of cheesecake flavors to choose from - we set our hearts on Oreo and it was delicious! If you're not looking for Chex it's easy to drive by, I am so happy our friends invited us because we are now huge fans! The causal ambiance of this establishment allows for a relaxed casual meal where you can let loose and CHOW DOWN on those wings! (Don't worry, if you don't like to get messy they have plastic gloves in the table to protect those nails if that's how you roll) This is our new favorite wing spot, we cannot wait to come again and share our love for wings with friends and family! You MUST try!!!!!

Medium buffalo wings (10 out of 10)

Service- super friendly and helpful staff. Ambiance- very clean inside. No frills, not fancy but plenty of table and self serve soda fountain. Parking is a little funky but works. Food- just tried this wings this time. Probably some of the best wings ever had. Nothing fancy- just fried perfectly, not dry or greasy. Wing flavors were excellent. First up- lemon pepper based on yelp recs. Very good. But kinda bland. Again, nothing wrong, just not crazy flavor. (6of10) Tried- garlic parm - amazing. Buttery, hint of garlic and parm. (8of10) Last but the best... medium buffalo.... Ok.. I'll say it. The best authentic buffalo sauce outside of buffalo. Medium was not too hot. Perfect level of heat and they use vinegar in the sauce and that makes the difference. Vs some places that pepper up the sauce and ruins it. (10of10) Fries were good. Nothing fancy. Very comparable to McDonald's. Could have been more crispy but whatever. Just my opinion. But yes.. if you want REAL buffalo wings- this a must try in Nashville.

Chex has become a fav wing spot for me! And don't let me start on how delicious the lemonade is it's sweet and worthy of trying. The wings are bomb and i personally like the hot strawberry and honey gold. The service is quick and the food comes out in decent time! I love the option to order all flats. The burger was huge and juicy. Place keeps a steady crowd.

Buffalo lemon pepper and strawberry hot. Both soooo good.

Best wings in nashville. Always so crispy and amazing flavors to choose from. Strawberry hot, buffalo lemon pepper, and Cajun ranch are all top tier. Must try!!! Fries are amazing too.

I've had challenges finding a consistently good wing place. Now it may be that I'm the problem on this quest, but I feel I've finally found my wing spot! It's clean with a good amount of seating in the inside. The parking lot is kind of awkward, but I haven't had a problem finding & fitting into a spot. Love: wings (nice size, can choose how crispy, lemon pepper dry & wet are flavorful); mozzarella sticks (crispy & cheesy as expected); service (kind & welcoming) Like: fries (seasoned well)

some of the best wings i've ever had. i will definitely be back! the service was great - everyone working was attentive and fast! it was super busy on a saturday night. there were a lot of tables and chairs to sit inside and pretty clean. it seems like everyone was doing to go orders though. the wings were big enough that it would be worth the price. and they were amazing. i bought all of these wings for $30, there was a deal on uber eats! the basket of fries were good. not amazing but good. honey hot was my favorite flavor!

Grilled chicken avocado salad plenty of chicken and avocado, however I did need to pick out some pretty wilted lettuce at the bottom.

To be fair it may not be fair for this to be the first review for this place because I went to a place that specializes in chicken wings and the biggest variety of sauces I've ever seen however I got a salad and a falafel sub. The sub was a little bit smaller than I expected and the falafel was not especially flavorful however if you're using a falafel instead of a wing and you're dropping it in one of their many sauces it's probably perfect. The salad was unbelievably huge and was very generous on the portion of chicken and the portion of avocado. Sadly though some of the lettuce underneath was pretty wilted and had to be picked out. Don't let the outside fool you inside is very clean. The person at the counter who helped me was very polite and what the extra mile bringing the food out to me when there was a delay.

I ordered the cajun dry rub wing from the Murfreesboro pike location. The wings were dried out and there was no seasoning on them.

This time, we switched things up and hit it for lunch instead. Good call. We grabbed seats at the bar, where Todd was holding down the fort. The guy was outstanding. Drinks never sat empty, food came out smoothly, and he somehow managed to be attentive without hovering over us every five minutes asking if everything was okay. My wife started with the Nashville Margue, which goes down way too easy for something packing moonshine. Light, refreshing, and carrying enough kick to remind you you're in Tennessee. Then Todd introduced us to a Bloody Mary made with a new pickle-infused vodka. Now, that sounds like one of those ideas that should either be amazing or a complete disaster. Turns out it's amazing. My wife loved it so much she's already talking about coming back tomorrow for another one. For food, we started with the pretzels and beer cheese. Simple. Warm. Soft. Salty. Exactly what you want while settling into a Nashville afternoon. Nothing fancy, just done right. Then I went all in on the mac and cheese topped with Nashville hot chicken. Yee Haw. Creamy mac and cheese. Crispy chicken. That signature Nashville heat. Comfort food with a little attitude. Just the way it should be. The best thing about The Stillery is that it knows exactly what it is. Good food. Good drinks. Good people. No gimmicks. No trying too hard. Just a fun place to sit down, relax, and enjoy yourself. Fifteen trips to Nashville (together) and it's still one of our first stops. That's probably the strongest review I can give. Five stars.

The spot is in an old building in the middle of the entertainment district (Lower Broad area). It has a small outside seating area, for when it is not a sauna, Inside there is a nice sized bar, if you are just seeking a drink. They are known for their mac & cheese, which I have never tried in all of the times I have been to the Stillery. Very creamy, cheesy mac & cheese. The Nashville hot chicken has a nice spice to it. A bit mild for the serious hot chicken fans, but the flavor is there. The chicken tenders are fairly standard. And the crinkle fries are mid. I enjoyed both of the drinks. At $14.50, they are at least $1.50 less than the standard Broadway cocktails in the star bars, so iti s a less expensive option to get a drink. I don't think they ever have live music, unlike some others here, so you are going for the food, not the noise. Service was great, as always. The staff is always prompt and knows their menu. It is more bar food and the menu is limited, but what they do, they do well.

We had a larger (10) group celebrating two birthdays and the staff handled things without breaking a sweat. We arrived a few minutes late for our reservation but it was no bother as our table was still being prepared. On that note: highly recommend a reservation, this is a popular place! Once we were seated we had the pleasure of Nichelle, a wonderful waitress. She was on top of everything we needed or wanted and we had very little wait time for her return. Great service! And the food... DELICIOUS! As you can imagine, our group of ten had a good selection across the menu and there was not a single person who was disappointed. Everyone loved their amazing food. What tops everything off is the atmosphere here. It's popular so, as you can imagine, it's a bit noisy. However, I like to call it "lively". And they really nailed the physical design, so inviting and upscale. I'll stop there and simply say: check this place out, it's great!

She even went out of her way to get me a drink that had fallen off the menu a few weeks prior, a delightful cucumber spritz. The ambiance is awesome. As others have said, music isn't too loud, just pleasant in the background, so it would be ideal for having a conversation. The space is open, bright, light-filled, and stylish. Parking is in a private lot behind the restaurant and they validate parking for up to two and a half hours. I wish I could rave the same way about the food. While the cocktails were refreshing and they had a cocktail for every palate, my steak and eggs was bland. It came out a little closer to rare than medium, but I can live with that. But I am not sure I detected a speck of salt or pepper. The steak was at least tender and the sunny side up eggs were cooked appropriately. The potatoes were dry. And I did have the wagyu meatball appetizer. It's a large portion, so easily shared amongst two or three people. Cheesy and saucy with a little spice. The focaccia could've been toasted a little more. I considered the short rib hash, but my server told me it could be salty and hit or miss (I appreciate her honesty and she 100 percent should be praised for it). I came during brunch (even on a weekday). They also serve French toast, desserts, oysters, burrata, potstickers and tuna tartare, salads, burgers and other sandwiches. If you come for lunch or dinner, you can also get grilled salmon, blackened redfish, shrimp and grits, pastas (cajun chicken, pappardelle bolognese, tortellini) as well as various cuts of steak. It's conveniently located right across from the Frist Museum and is part of the Union Station Hotel. I would try this place again for dinner, but would skip the brunch. And again, Savanna was top tier! She deserves all the flowers!
