The cafe was dirty and had lots of flies by the door. It also smelled interesting when we walked in. But my girlfriend got a sugar free s'mores coffee which she enjoyed, so I'll give them some points. Service was decent as well. I definitely won't rush back here though. read more

What a lovely surprise in Hyannis! The owner is lovely and was patient as we perused their wide coffee and pastry menu. I got a simple iced americano which was great, and my husband got the Borgia - something we haven't encountered before, which was espresso, belgian hot chocolate (unsweetened), and whipped cream. To make sure we knew, the owner told us the chocolate wasn't sweetened and offered the option to add sugar if we wanted. We also got a pain au chocolat - this was great and tasted really authentic. They have a fun array of Belgian and French pantry food (olive oils, shortbread cookies, chocolates) available for purchase too. There's ample seating inside that is kind of hidden if you want to sit and eat. read more

Delicious pastry and a nice wide selection of both sweet and savory options for breakfast. I think there was a little bit of a language gap--my sister and I both tried to order the coconut hot chocolate (one milk, one dark) that was advertised on the board in the shop area. She ended up with a deliciously thick milk chocolate drink that did not taste of coconut at all. I ended up with a much thinner dark chocolate drink that similarly did not taste of coconut. I think that during the confusion of the ordering process I received a drink made with coconut milk which explains why it was so thin. I didn't bring the confusion up to ask for the drink to be remade. I would not try to order any of the custom drinks again, but the milk chocolate hot cocoa reminded me of the thick and creamy hot chocolate that you can get in southern spain. As you enter this wonderful little bakery on Main Street you will hear French music playing, reminding you of little bakeries in France. There is a great selection of cookies, fresh pastries, grocery items, cooking oils, and so much more. The owner is very friendly, and he has trained his employees to be polite and welcoming, providing good service to his patrons. Before you go, check the hours because they closed at 2pm the first day we went. I was so disappointed, but we did go early the next day. This is our new go-to coffee shop whenever we're in Hyannis. The food was... sold out for some things because everyone wants what I want... or I wanted what they want. If you want to feel like you're in Paris, come here! To be honest, we were going to go to Pain d'Avignon but then I found this place and shifted gear for two reasons: 1) the comments were very positive and 2) I'm from Belgium (as is the owner ‍). So glad we did, Antoine and his French speaking associate brought a nice French vibe to the place. My wife and I shared a regular croissant, chocolate croissant, and almond croissant. Really enjoyed this place. We got a rocky road brownie, white chocolate raspberry scone, pistachio croissant, a piece of chocolate cake and iced coffee. Went with the wife and kid and everyone working there was very nice and made the experience that much better. Always, consistently fantastic. French and French-Belgian pastries, macarons, croissants, and chocolates. Some of my favorites include the almond croissant, spinach ricotta croissant, beignet, and croque monsieur. Aside from the wide variety of food, what brings us back each time are the coffees. The lattes, mochas, chai and French-Belgian hot chocolate made to sweetness level are all smooth and well-made to order. They are not overly sweet or made with artificial ingredients or from a mix. Oh this place!! I am spending a day at Hyannis, before going to Nantucket. Thank you for the other reviews that helped me find this place. Customer service is great!!! So friendly, welcoming and happy to see you :) After buying 3 drinks and some of their pastries, i returned for their chocolates. I intend to return tomorrow for their breakfast, so I will take more pictures. I took a video but it is not uploading!! Argh... Cute french coffee shop we found along the main street. Everything is top notch in here - but be ready to pay arm n leg , rightfully so though because this place will blow sock off . Ice coffee was unbelieveable. Just a simple salted caramel flavor that i think they do inhouse -- was top 5 coffees ive ever yammed . The ham Boursin Baguette was freakin just great. Coming in at $9.00 USD for this bad boy , it will take you places. Your mouth places, that is. They had awesome macaroons too that looked good.
