On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

My wife had her wedding dress altered here for our wedding and then dry cleaned afterwards. Yang was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The alteration process was a bit long, requiring multiple visits, but Yang was receptive to any changes that we wanted. I appreciate that after any work is done, he allowed us to check his work and if there was anything we weren't happy with he was opening to making the changes. Overall, I feel like his prices are reasonable for the work he does. My only strong word of advice is to make sure to call ahead before coming into the store to make sure that whatever work is done because usually he's behind schedule.

I brought in my expensive jacket for cleaning and waited a ridiculous THREE WEEKS for it to be ready. When I finally picked it up, the jacket wasn't cleaned at all--it came back just as dirty as when I dropped it off! If I hadn't inspected it right there on the spot, I'm convinced they would've gaslighted me and called me a liar for complaining. I was not able to receive my jacket back until I paid them $73. That's $73 for keeping my coat for 3 weeks. What a deal! But the real kicker was the manager, Angus. This guy was beyond rude--arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or offering a refund, he had the audacity to suggest sending it out AGAIN to the same third-party service that botched it the first time. And get this: he actually expected me to THANK HIM for not charging me a second time! As if that's some grand gesture of goodwill. He tried to spin the whole mess as my fault for not understanding their shady outsourcing practices, but hello--it's THEIR responsibility to ensure the job gets done right, not mine! I called before going in and spoke with Angus who specializes in working with the bridal cleaning team. Angus is the best. When I came in he looked at the dress with me so we could both point out marks. He then walked me through their extensive process as well as timeline. The best part is they do not send out the dresses to be cleaned. Everything stays on site. They only send it off site if it is being preserved. I wasn't ready to do that just 10/10 and beyond experience. I also really appreciated them staying in constant contact with me through the process. I've now started taking my more delicate pieces and I have been just as happy I was with my dress.
