The Truffle Potato Croquettes were amazing, I honestly could've eaten 20 of them. The bread with the whipped butter was incredible and such a great start to the meal. My Scallop Risotto was delicious and the scallops literally melted in my mouth. But the standout for me was the Pot Pie La Mer. Holy moly... I've never had a pot pie like that before. The flavors were amazing and all of the seafood tasted so fresh. To top it all off, the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding was the perfect ending. Everything was rich and flavorful! Highly recommend!

We've never had a bad experience with any of the other bartenders or servers--they are usually fantastic! However, this is now the second time we've been served by the same bartender (he has long black hair kept in a man bun), and both times have been absolutely miserable experiences. He is beyond rude, incredibly impersonal, and makes us feel like an inconvenience just for ordering. We love supporting this place and will keep coming back for the overall great service, but we will definitely be avoiding his section or the bar if he's working. Management really needs to address his attitude, as it completely kills the great energy the rest of the staff works hard to create.

It was late on a Tuesday night so the place was pretty quiet. We sat at the bar and had some old fashioneds and shared a few apps. Our bartender was great and the old fashioneds were perfect. For one drink I switched to a pour of my favorite Angels Envy Rye (which they had for a decent price), but switched back to the old fashioned for drink number three. The appetizers were all packing big flavors and often a unique twist. The Korean crab shrimp scallion pancake was light an airy. I didn't notice a ton of seafood flavor, but it was fun to share. Next was the Korean pork belly tacos. It came with two tacos which was perfect and the flavor on these was so good. The pork belly was perfectly tender with no fatty gristle. These are a must have. The star of the show was surprisingly the Mushroom Tartine which we only ordered because the bartender recommended it. The flavor on the mushrooms was amazing and it mixed perfectly with the soft goat cheese and crunch from the sourdough. Never take this off the menu. By the end of our visit we were chatting with the bartender and met the chef as well. I would love to come back for a full dinner here.

For appetizers we had the lamb skewer and crab and shrimp pancakes; sadly both were subpar. The lamb was overcooked and the pancake had too much ginger. The Tahitian crème bruise was absolutely fabulous and when I return is definitely the thing to eat!

It was so so good!! I actually have been telling everyone I've spoken with tonight about it and how they've got to try it, different than anything else around here and very very good!! Vanessa was our waitress and is from Germany and her recommendations were spot on. I can't rave about the experience and food enough. This place is an absolute must!!!

Delicious- just go!…read more The vibe is pretty homie gives French bistro vibes and feels like an old living room throughout most of the restaurant. Service was friendly, quick and helpful and prices were more than fair for the flavor. We went for brunch and everything we had was very tasty- I didn't use a single condiment, which is rare the French toast was amazing. It's honestly the perfect amount (non American portion), but you will want that more. We also had the crêpe V something and the rustic omelette both exquisite. I will be happy ordering this every time, but I'm also curious to explore a few of the other options. The menu isn't super dense, but we're thinking of trying the sweet crêpe next time and maybe a desert. Pro tip add some of the syrupy whipped cream from your French toast to a cappuccino and enjoy. Better than most lattes. 10 out of 10 would brunch again!

The space is gorgeous, all marble surfaces and natural light, and the food matches the room. The Million Dollar Deviled Eggs were the standout. Crispy fried oysters piled on top, bacon jam, both red and black caviar, all set on a bed of sea beans. It looks like art and eats even better. If you order one thing here, make it that. The Smoky Spanish La Bombas (fried Vermont cheese curds with a spiced apricot jam for dipping) were exactly the kind of crispy, savory, slightly sweet bite you want alongside a cocktail. Speaking of which, the cocktail program is serious. Plenty of creative options and everything came out beautifully garnished. The Steak & Eggs was a proper plate of food. Grilled hanger steak with a bright shishito chimichurri, two perfect sunny eggs, and a generous pile of crispy Yukon hash with scallions. Cooked right and seasoned well. My wife went with The Burger and gave it a perfect 5 out of 5. No notes. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is hard to beat. The whole experience felt elevated without being stuffy. We will be back to work through the rest of that menu. 5 stars, highly recommend.
