    Bang Bang Shrimp

We went to Tampa for a concert and it got out late so I went on TikTok to see what spots Tampa had that were open late night and came across a video praising this food truck for great late night food. So we stopped by. They are parked in front of a strip club so I knew the food would be a hit . The menu is very straight forward. I wasn't as hungry as I thought I would be and I didn't want to order and waste food so I ordered the appetizer cracking orange chicken. My friends ordered the egg rolls , potstickers & bang bang shrimp & we shared across all of us. Everything was delicious. If I had a bigger appetite I would have ordered the hibachi and I would definitely order the bang bang shrimp again , I would even order the bang bang chicken too. If you're looking for some good late night food check out this food truck. It was great customer service & it didn't take very long for the orders to be made. The ambiance is outside of a club so it felt safe and busy.

If you know, you know--Two Asians and a Grill serves up the best hibachi in the city, hands down. This late-night food truck is a go-to for anyone craving serious flavor and massive portions that hit every time. Whether you're rolling out of Hyde Park Café or just need that post-midnight fix, this spot never misses and has fast service with great vibes. Right now they're posted up right across from Hyde Park Café, so you really have no excuse not to pull up. Trust me--once you try it, you'll be hooked for life.

    Chicken was full of flavor

Loved the food! Found this food truck on Yelp and it was open late night after work. Seasoned well and a nice size portion! Definitely going back.

We were in town for the Bucs game, Great service, very attentive, greeted us soon as we walked up. Vegan veggie option was a huge plus for me! Even spoke with Rafael on the side, just about life in general. The food was extremely good, I honestly thought he was bullshitten me when he said I would be able to finish it in one sitting‼ He didn't lie, looking forward to visiting again and stoping by again. I wish you guys nothing but more growth, and success..

I've been following Two Asians on IG for a minute now and was very eager to try. Wow! Due to the current Pandemic, they are not working from their traditional food truck, which I totally understand. They are temporarily located inside of Mickey's Subs on Armenia and their hours are 3pm-10pm. We ordered a hibachi fried rice with shrimp, chicken and steak and added broccoli! One order was more than enough for 3 people with some left over. We also got egg rolls, which may be the BEST egg roll I've ever had! Don't forget to grab the yum yum sauce- again, best I've ever had! Support small businesses when you can! They are our new favorites!

    This is their temporary location.

I gave this place a try twice, the food is good but not so much hibachi. The rice has peas and carrots, which they give you a looot of, the noodles are good not a hibachi taste but good but you don't get a lot of those. The meat is good as well.

This place is bomb for a late night eatery.....Ive had the fried rice, the chicken & steak, the egg rolls, the sushi it's amazing But I will say I had it while I was drunk and Ive had it being sober and both times were great!!!

1/2 rice, 1/2 noodles with shrimp and veggies

This is one of my absolute favorite places in the Tampa Bay Area. I wish they were opened during the day too, but I love the fact that they are open late night and give us the option to have an actual meal as opposed to fast food restaurants after a night out or even if you're just up late and hungry. The service is wonderful. The food comes out pretty quickly and everything is fresh. Portion size? More than enough for one person! I always get the half rice, half noodle plate with shrimp & I add veggies. DELICIOUS. I literally do not have one bad thing to say about two Asians and a grill. Every experience has been great and I am already craving another plate!

This is my #1 Late night spot. Always posted up in front of the Pink Pony strip club which I find hilarious but the food is serious! The guys working there are super cool and really efficient, even when they are ridiculously busy (Which is every weekend). Food is amazing, definitely recommend the fried rice.

The standout dishes were the Papa's Egg Roll, the Black Brick Tower, and the Dan Dan Noodles. All three are must orders. The egg roll was packed with flavor and perfectly crispy, the Black Brick Tower was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the Dan Dan Noodles had the perfect combination of spice, richness, and texture. Honestly, every bite was amazing. The atmosphere was great for a date night, with attentive service and a fun, energetic vibe. It's not often that every dish exceeds expectations, but that was definitely the case here. We left already talking about what we want to order on our next visit. What I ordered: - Blackbrick Tower: Six steamed siu mai -- truffle sticky rice, shrimp & bamboo, chicken & chive - "Papa's" Egg Roll: Shrimp, Duroc pork, green beans -- grandmother's 100-year recipe - Dan Dan Noodles: Sichuan pork, local bucatini, Beijing sesame & peanut - Lobster Fried Rice: 10oz Maine lobster tail, scallion, egg thread - Brussels Sprout: Soy-braised, sesame - Ma La Fried Chicken Crispy, numbing chili -- the one guests remember

I went on a Wednesday night with a big group. Brittany was taking care of us. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and the background of the history of how the restaurant came to be. The place had a dark moody vibe with art works from Basquiat. The menu was stacked with a great variety of good items. We started with the dumplings, (not pictured), and all the food we had looked amazing! Now, to the how the food actually tasted. I would say that it exceeded my expectations. I've had food from an upscale modern Asian type restaurant, and most of them left me disappointed, but this one wasn't bad. I don't even like Brussels stouts, yet it was really good, even tried the Gator! I was told that the eggroll was good, I found it to be okay. But everything else was great. At the end of our meal, Richard Hales himself came up to our table and asked us how it was. Highlight of the night. Presentation, good food, great service, and good company. I would say this was a very pleasant experience and would definitely visit again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. We kicked things off with some well-crafted cocktails that hit the mark--balanced, refreshing, and beautifully presented. The shrimp fried rice leaned a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, but the portion was generous and satisfying. The real winner of the night was the short rib--tender, full of flavor, and easily my favorite entree on the menu. A solid spot for a night out with good food, drinks, and an aesthetic setting.

Didn't need all the micro greens for garnish on top but this could be overlooked because taste and flavor was amazing. The tuna tartare was super tasty as well and I would definitely order this again same comment for micro greens on this dish - didn't need this and found myself moving it off the dishes to actually enjoy the item. The two not so favorite dishes for me were the fried rice topped with fried chicken. While chicken was very tasty the rice was extremely basic. Could have used eggs or other ingredients to elevate this dish. Also the Volcano roll was extremely disappointing. Normally the volcano topping is cooked or (torched) and this topping was cold and very unappetizing. Would not recommend this roll. Overall this place is a hit or miss. Service for our large party wasn't bad and everything came out pretty quickly!

I visited before a Rays game and was immediately impressed by both the service and the food. The staff was attentive without hovering, the pacing was excellent, and the entire experience felt polished and intentional. I ordered the Bibimbap with bulgogi steak, tofu, fried egg, kimchi, vegetables, gochujang, and crispy rice, along with two spring rolls. What stood out most was the balance. The dish delivered heat, sweetness, savory depth, texture, and freshness without relying on heavy sauces or excessive portions. Every ingredient maintained its own identity while contributing to the overall flavor of the dish. Too many restaurants create flavor by drowning food in sauce. Hawkers does it through seasoning, spices, and technique. There was no puddle of sauce at the bottom of the bowl, no overly sweet glaze, and no greasy heaviness. The rice absorbed flavor without becoming soggy, and the kimchi, vegetables, egg, tofu, and bulgogi worked together beautifully. The spring rolls were equally impressive. Light, crisp, delicate, and perfectly executed, with a thin wrapper and just the right amount of crunch. What impressed me most was that I left satisfied, not stuffed. The portions were thoughtful, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were layered rather than overwhelming. Since moving to Florida, this ranks as one of the best restaurant meals I have had. The vibe is very similar to the "meat market", pretty loud, old men on a gear with super young women drinking. We were seated far away in the corner and we were happy about that. They had non alcoholic cocktails, but server told us that they all super sweet and he recommended virgin mojito. Which was very good. We ordered miso cauliflower, which was great, and the portion was pretty decent. Crispy rice spicy tuna was amazing, we loved it. We also had salmon tartare and island maki sushi. Everything was exceptional. We got recommended to get a cheesecake and my husband loved it but I didn't like it at all.
