These dishes are timeless, and I feel that these are same fine-dining dishes that have existed i. high end restaurants in Vancouver from 30 years ago. That's not a bad thing, because they will always please the palate, but in the same vein, not as memorable either. It was actually the desserts that stood out for me, because they were less traditional and more of a surprise. Service was spot-on. They like to make customers smile. Without a long wait my group of 3 got the table. The table was cleaned properly. It didn't take a long wait to order. The duck salad has a rich mix of fresh of assorted seasonal salad veggies, pouched eggs and of course the duck meat. The duck oil elevated the dish and made every bite full of enjoyment.
