What can I say - for a "big box" store, I love PetSmart! I am so glad they don't sell dogs and cats…read morebut rather work with local rescue groups and shelters to adopt them out. They also have their own pet charities. When we got our dog almost 3 years ago, I took her to the groomer at this location and they did a fine job but these days I prefer to bathe her myself at Green Spot or Pets Earth. It's cheaper to do it yourself and I don't have to leave her there for a few hours. We also brought her to Introductory and Advanced Training classes with Jessie and she was great! The classes were small so we got lots of one-on-one attention and she really knew her stuff about dog training and nutrition. We buy treats and Blue brand wet food here but I usually buy Fromm dry (which they don't carry) over at the Green Spot. PetSmart is an ideal place to take our dog in lieu of a walk on days when it's cold, snowing or raining so we're there quite frequently. She loves the outing and the staff know her by name!

My chill cat is out in 2 minutes and my squirmy one is out in 3. They've never hurt them or made their nails bleed or anything like that. $15 every few weeks is so worth the girls having soft feet and not having to go through the battle of trimming them at home. Also the staff is so kind. The person working the register every time I am there is so sweet and helpful. The groomer is gentle with them and takes great care of them. Aside from the general stress of taking my cats out of the house, they are treated great at Wag and the staff is calm and gentle and work to keep the cats safe and calm. They've also got a fun selection of toys, snacks, food, and accessories (if you're lucky enough to have a pet that will wear them ). I totally recommend and will continue bringing my girls here until they give me a reason not to (which I don't foresee). I cannot vouch for the other grooming they do because I've only had my cat's nails done, no other services yet.
