You can also switch out any plushie in that same machine. I want to say the payout is every 4-5 tries; but if you got skills, chances are, you can make it payout more. The type of plushie varies. One of my child is obsessed with claw machine so we decided to stop by. There is a lot of variety of games that they invented through claw machines and had a lot of different plushes. Ranging from pokemon , hello kitty , kirby and many more. I also like how everything was 1 token to play. And the claw machines are of high quality and lets the kids win. This was a really cool spot to hang out with my cousins as they love playing claw machines. Reminiscent of my time in Japan. There's a lot of cute plush toys you can win. I wanted to write this review because we all had a such a good time. It was a small place but they made winning the claw machines so easily. It wasn't like those spots that would purposely rig you and take your money. You actually win here! They let you upgrade your plush toys as well here. An honest review for my recent visit: Staff/service 5/5 - Very friendly, happy to help, attentive and kind Facility 5/5 - Clean, fair amount of machines, good variety of plushies and prizes Claw Machines 2/5 - They definitely stock their machines on the lower end so the threshold to lift and carry the plushy to the Dropbox is much harder. The claws are quite loose and drop once lifted, some didn't even manage to grip the prize. I've been to many claw machine places, especially ones that you trade up for prizes. Some of them stock their plushies well and have a higher win rate and sell by volume of returning customers and some are basically plushie slot machines with high threshold for payoffs and difficult win rates. This place seems to be the latter. Would I come back? Quite frankly, no, unless I was with friends who were visiting or really wanted to gamble. Ultimately I gave them 4/5 stars because i'm not going to heavily penalize their loose claws due to claw Machines all having some aspect of gambling in them. However, to win my repeat business, I expect a place to have moderately higher win rates (most consumers want to feel good about their purchase and I unfortunately did not). Generally repeat customers are created from being satisfied with their overall experience, as much as I appreciate their kind staff, I can't say the same about their pay off rates. read more

Best place to visit between trips to Disneyland or just a fun place if you're looking to escape the heat and have a great experience for all ages. My girls had the best time, and we will definitely be returning when we come back to the area in a few weeks. This is an awesome claw machine arcade that is just a five minute walk from The Great Wolf Lodge. They offer nice promotions and bonus coins for larger transactions and an opportunity to trade up for larger prizes. This place is located in a pretty busy and popular shopping center but there is usually plenty of parking in the large parking lot. The machines are clean and staff is very friendly. I read the reviews before coming and there is definitely a reason this place deserves 5 stars. It was our first time coming here with our daughter and we had hopes to maybe win 1 or so for $20. The employee or owner, would walk around, watch us and make sure that we were actually winning. Like you know how other claw machine places purposely stuff the dolls so you can't win? This place is the opposite - he would go around and like place the doll for us and tell us where to aim so we could win. As soon as he came by and helped us, we won one immediately. We then proceeded to win like 4 more dollars for $20. And these are not cheap dolls. They have a winning formula here - I'm hoping they aren't losing money and I wish this place long and happy success. They made my daughter's day and we had such a blast. Had so much fun here I'm obsessed!! So glad we made the drive out. I love claw machines but I hate walking away with nothing but the machines here are much easier! My boyfriend and I used to think we were just bad at these claw machines but realized other places are just rigged. We have been here multiple times and always have a great time!! The owners and all the other staff are so friendly and helped us win prizes after a couple of tries. Their instagram @chibiclaws even has videos on how to catch the prizes!! There's tips on the machine on where to catch it. They rotate their prizes pretty often. Make your moneys worth with the trade in system, you can trade 1 plush for 1 credit and they have many other prizes for a set amount of credit. Wow! What a fun time! Took my nephews here to celebrate one of their birthdays (my nephew turned 8) and they both had a blast. It was their first time at a claw machine arcade. I was hoping that we'd get lucky enough so that each kid would go home with one stuffy but we ended up going home with 8 in total!!! The staff was AMAZING, so nice and helpful. One staff member helped my nephews win a few items by giving them tips and placing the stuffy at an easier location if they were really having a hard time. The staff member even gave the birthday boy extra tokens to play with in which he helped my nephew win more with! I couldn't believe how nice and helpful and generous this staff member was. I've visited a few times since their opening and they have made the machines much more rigged. The claw strength is weak and they have high guards on the machines. I think it might be easier to win the ugly/generic plushies that are on the right side of the store, but I didn't try for those on this visit. I think the main way to win is to constantly ask the staff to reposition the plushies for you. However, the last 2 times I went the staff seemed unapproachable/bored at the front desk so I was hesitant to ask. At other arcades, there's usually someone on the floor to assist you. When I came in last week, they had promoted their new bags on social media but then said it would be $50 to get a bag. They later changed their description to match that and eventually did provide a bag. However, I already had a negative/awkward experience with the worker. He was condescending in implying that you could only win a lot with $20 if you were really good at claw machines. In the past, I won 10 and 5 plushies with $20 at this location, but could only win 3 this time. I suppose that's about average for a place like this, but it was the condescending tone that will prevent me from returning. read more

It's no round one but it's a small little place with a decent amount of claw machines with small prizes. You can trade in the small ones for some of their bigger ones if you win enough. You'll still definitely win prizes here, a lot more than some of the big chain arcades, and like I said, there's lots of fun stuff to choose from...but some plushies were just too heavy for the claw. Plushies are generally high quality and adorable, with great trade-up options. The staff was okay, some people better than others. When asked questions, they definitely had a bit of a "I just work here" vibe. If you just want to walk in and play and leave, that shouldn't be an issue. Been wanting to try this spot for some time now. There are at least 35 claw machines at this spot. The machines were fully stocked with plushies and even the trade up shelves were fully stocked. The rules to the trade ups are that it has to be same day wins, or participate in their plushie credit system where you give back the plushies and you can come back again next time. Trade ups range from 2 to 18 plushies . The trade up prizes are actually really cute. Charmander for 14 plushies caught my eye . Unfortunately, all the claws have weak grip strength so the strategy would be grabbing the ones that are close to the chute. I really appreciated the employee frequently adjusting the machines so that the plushies would be easier to grab. Tip: Make sure when the claw goes down after you push the button , you push the button a second time so you can close the claw. Overall we had fun. My buddy and I ended up winning 17 plushies. I believe they have promotions every week so check out their instagram for more details. If you need them to reposition some of the plushies then do it!! Starting from $20, you get extra tokens. Thankfully they have a public restroom in the back. 5 stars for that. lol. We will be back for more fun! read more
