Their Yelp info said they take walk-ins, so I called and Susan told me I could be seen right away. I showed up within ten minutes and she greeted me in a friendly manner, then showed me the pricing. They do have you pay up front, which I was a little concerned about, but it ended up being amazing so my fears were unfounded. I am SO glad that I found Harmony because Susan's massage ended up being one of the best I've ever had. She listened to me when I asked for more or less pressure, and was very thorough in her techniques. I was having tension headaches for a week or so before seeing her, and after leaving I felt like pudding (and still do, days later). I will definitely be back. I will say this as a side note: the music playing, while relaxing, was one single song on repeat. I ended up leaving with a sore spot on my upper right shoulder, so I called the business to let them know. I was not asking for a refund. I simply wanted my concerns to be acknowledged and hoped they would make things right in some way. They offered me a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I accepted. Later, they canceled that appointment and refunded me instead. When I tried to schedule another massage, I was told they no longer felt they were the right fit to provide services. I called to better understand why, and after speaking with them, they essentially said they didn't want to risk making me unhappy again. I found this very disappointing because I was never rude or disrespectful to anyone. Throughout every interaction, I remained kind and respectful. Instead of using my feedback as an opportunity to coach their staff on listening to clients' requested areas of focus, they chose to stop servicing me altogether. Constructive feedback should be welcomed, especially when it's given respectfully. Unfortunately, I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that I was penalized simply for speaking up about my experience.

Totally unprofessional and I won't be coming back unfortunately, when I've even tipped 25% in the past. I work in the service industry and live off of tips, but I would never openly harass a customer into rewriting their tip, even after it was already a fair/generous amount.
