I've been coming here for a few years now. Not regularly, but on occasion when I feel like treating myself or my daughter's. They're always so accommodating and friendly. My four year old had very specific requests for her nail color, while my 9 year old waited until hers were done to mention she didn't like the color. I came here by a referral, I saw them that day and I was able to call at that moment and Mia was able to see me before closing time. I tried GelX for the first time and I loved it. I went back with my mom for pedicures and we also were very happy with the service. We did the most highest pedicure. Totally worth it and relaxing. Since, I have gone back for a fill for my GelX and pedicure and was seen by Nancy and she also was great. I would highly recommend. I wanted to get a pedicure for a long time. I've found this place near me and I walked in without an appointment. I waited for 5-10 min before they have me seated on their very comfortable massage chair. They didn't try to sell me anything and they were very quick and efficient. I got the Jelly Spa Pedicure and I loved it. It was $50 for pedicure, massage, and the jelly thing. I throughly enjoyed my experience here and I will be back for more. :D read more

Awful experience at this nail shop. If you are not there to spend a lot of money, they do not value your time or presence. The owner was kind but was distracting me while a unskilled nail lady arrived to the shop 30 minutes past my appointment. I was getting a basic mani and pedi. I rarely get my nails done but wanted it done for a wedding I was attending. The nail lady worried more about talking to her coworkers rather than her own skills or my nails. I had to call her back 2 times to redo my pinky nail because she just put a blob of clear coat nail polish on it. It made my nails an odd shape. She was just awful and I wished I never came here. I saw a few 1 star ratings on yelp but I did not think much of it. Now I wished I listened that reviewer. If you don't plan to get gel fake nails, the good nail ladies won't help you. They will find this random nail lady they know to do your nails and she will do a horrible job. Do not come here. read more

I booked an appointment for a mani pedi to get glammed up for my bridal shower. I started with just the basic pedicure which I don't have much to say about. It was a pedicure. Upon further inspection at home, I realized that they didn't shape my nails very well. My feet are pretty far from my eyes though, so it wasn't a big deal. For my manicure, I decided to try getting extensions for the first time. I selected the gel X extensions. When I made the appointment, I had requested for the owner, Steve, to do my finger nails for me. He was very quick, paid attention to detail, patient, and overall pleasant. It was honestly the first time I ever left the spa completely happy with my manicure that I called my fiancé to tell him (I am regrettably a perfectionist). I also asked Steve if he would do my nails for my wedding in September and he happily obliged. I didn't want to write this review but if it helps anyone else so be it. I have been coming here for about 2-3 months. Wanted to try a new place. The girl I normally get is Tracy. She's super sweet and great customer service. She listens to what I need. However, i don't know if it's the quality of their product or what, but every single time I've gotten my nails done there, I've had to go back within days to have them repaired because they chip instantly. This is such a waste of time. What was the cherry on top was last week I went in for an appointment at 5:30 I needed to have my gel removed and then I went in for a solid color. Why did I leave that establishment at almost 8pm?? The girl who took care of me that day was not Tracy, it was someone else and she took 2+ hours doing my basic gel manicure. I was so upset. Wasting my evening and I have kids with me. Luckily my children are well behaved so it wasn't a horrible time. But I'm disappointed in the time it took for this service. To make matters worse 2 nails chipped next day. Never again. read more

First time at this place, first impression when you walk in that the decor is easy on the eyes and open concept . The salon was hot, I asked if they could turn on the AC, someone informed me it didn't work because of remodels. My daughter and I both had mani pedi (nothing special no gel just plain clear and pink polish) I had the $27 pedí well worth it if the place was cool. Nobody wants to sit in a leather chair sweating!!! At the end they had issues with my credit card, I had to go over to help them process the transaction because they thought it was being declined, but the issue was they weren't inserting the chip into the machine. First off I have to say the environment wonderful and beautifully decorated. The staff is very nice and as soon as we sat down they offered my sister and I water. There also is a cute little coffee station. I suggest booking your appointment in advance-they honor your appointment time and there is no waiting-unlike in other salons. Nice staff and excellent touch with the complimentary drinks. However, the gel nails lasted less than 4 days, chipping and cracking. Very apparent the paint job was poor and also very thick. Disappointing considering the price and expectation gel will last nearly or more than 2 weeks. read more

I usually don't leave reviews for places... but this was genuinely just not a good experience. I didn't have an appointment but I was sat immediately (I was the only one there). I was trying to explain what I wanted but felt brushed over by the staff, it seemed like the guy just wanted to go back on his phone. This wasn't a huge deal, but still frustrating. The guy that did my nails I already had a bad feeling about, he didn't say a single word to me or ask me any questions about what I wanted done. Which I had to repeat multiple different times what I wanted and that I was allergic to gel polish so he couldn't use that as the top coat (the 3rd time I told him was when he brought over the gel light). Not to mention that his hands were shaking so much the entire time doing my nails... When he was filing off my old dip nails, the pieces were flying everywhere and hitting me in the face. In these pictures you can see (they are dip nails) that the base color is horrible for French tips, there's Dip on my skin and over my cuticles, they don't all fully cover my nail, they're uneven thickness, and didn't use the correct dip powder top coat so they're not shiny like they are supposed to be. He also didn't use any cleaning or oil to clear up all the powder and skin so I had to wash my hands to get it off before paying. I have gotten a lot of dip French tip nails and none of them have come out as poorly as these. read more
