Update; (2021) 2nd job, they arrived late again /which made me very late for an urgent vet appointment(vet made me wait in my car for an hour). This time I didn't have enough wallpaper for a small powder room. I ordered amount based on sales agent recommendation. I had both father and son hang wallpaper on one wall in my office which turned out great. I decided to have the rest of the room wallpaper but the second time only the son came to hang the wallpaper. The second wall looks horrible. There are very noticeable in the rips in the paper and it isn't flush with the wall. When asked the father to come to make corrections I was told he would not do it and his son would have to as he did the job. I was not comfortable having just the son come as his experience level is not that of his fathers's and I didn't have faith that the corrections would look better. I paid over $1000 dollars for what should have been better quality. They have great reviews, which was why I hired them. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the service. read more

The staff came in my apartment and they were very polite and a bit friendly. I already chose a particular design so they were only there to put it on. Connell and his son were professional, efficient, and well suited to the task of applying tricky wallpaper to a unique spacel full of little challenges-- including two "wall doors" that lead to our homerun room. If anything, it was a little pricey because it was such a small space and subject to their minimum charge. I should have wallpapered something else!
