There were four parts to my job. Three of them were measured incorrectly and had to be redone. Workers simply leave the jobsite without any word and the head office never calls to tell you anything. It's up to the customer to check which jobs were abandoned and to call to find out why. Also, even if installers mysteriously leave, they can't just come back the next day, you have to set a whole new appointment the following week. One part took two weeks to get installed and the remaining two will take three weeks - all because of their screw-ups. I'm so dissatisfied with one part of the job, I will likely replace it once the dust settles. read more

I don't know about all these great reviews but this company is beyond incompetent and they lied about their work too. As a landlord, they've installed many showers for me. One by one the glass doors fall out because they don't secure them properly. I showed them pictures and written statements from other installers that say they were not installed properly. This company wouldn't even credit me the first door when it happened. Trust me. The first female tenant who open that shower glass door with no protection on their feet is going to sheer those toes off and I almost had a lawsuit from this. This is dangerous company to use and I'm writing again today because I have yet one more shower door that was falling out of its channel. Not one bit of call held this door and panel into place. Just a thin bead of caulk on the glass to keep it water tight. Zero strength in this. You need the whole channel on every side loaded with caulk to hold up a door. I'm not the litigious type or these guys would be out of business. I'm sure most who read this and used this company have one bath. I've had dozens and this is a repeat issue with them. There are plenty of other issues I've had with them but this issue is dangerous. read more

Liz Sanz promptly visited our condo and made very good  recommendations based on our space. Her reputation preceded her while the dock manager spoke highly of her having spoke to other  residents about her and CGM.    She brought different solutions  to accommodate predesignated  toilet stack and space. In high rises toilet locations cannot easily change. Our toilets in both bathrooms encroach on shower. Love her recommendation for hardware. it is really is top shelf! Her technical team consisting of Mario, Gustavo ( Gus)  and Carlos were all instrumental in the final design and install. Kudos to Gus who is a perfectionist. His vision and recommendations really were helpful for me. He doubled in measuring  and returning with Carlos to install. In our case, this continuity was vital. Gus knew the space and had the vision so install went smooth. We would easily say Gus & Carlos' install was as if it was going into their or a family members home.
