You can't get any worse than this. From customer service to actual product. The Pizza is terrible, no effort or flavor. I asked for extra crispy wings and they sent me burnt and soggy wings. I don't even know how that is possible. I called in to let them know respectfully but the owner felt the need to curse at me because they sent burnt wings to my residence. Not only did I tipped $10, the 16" pizza and wings , 2 ginger ales was $71. Outrageous. Not only my wings were burnt, they were spoiled. I recommend Alphine Pizza. Better customer service and way better food. I'll also select the local McDonald's over this. I own a food business myself that sells chicken wings and no employee/business owner should curse at the customer. You never know who you are talking to. Please do better. My recommendation, and keep in mind this is without having even tried the pizza, would be to stick to the pizza options on the menu. We were not very impressed with the non-pizza menu items; they seem to be made mostly with pizza ingredients. For example, the lasagna's "meat" was pizza sausage and pizza pepperoni slices, add pizza sauce, and I ended up with something that tasted kind of like a pasta-based pizza rather than lasagna. The chicken parm was made from the same chicken strips you'd find on a chicken pizza, and the sauce was what you'd find on the pizza, so there you go, same concept as the lasagna applied to chicken parm. I will say they offer great prices and handle delivery themselves, all the way to our room at the Hyatt at least, where most of the local restaurants route you through a delivery service that tacks on 20% before tip, which adds up very fast. read more

We live in the area but had not tried Chicago Pizza. Called on a rainy Friday night and got a friendly lady that said we could pickup in 15-20 minutes. Arrived and the vegetable pizza was ready. I was really hoping this was going to be great pizza, close by, quick and nice friendly staff. Then I tasted the pizza. The crust was a commercial pre-baked pizza! The crust was tough, flavorless and basically inedible. The vegetable toppings were fresh and crisp. Obviously it doesn't take long to bake a pre-baked crust. I will be straightforward I didn't eat the pizza. I am writing this review based on observations made on other people's food. 1. Atmosphere. The lighting is as dark as the sewer drain where penny wise lives. The general shady aura is given off. The tvs are the brightest lights in the place. 2. Pizza quality. The pizza is about the same as dominos in Avon. Same cheap ingredients are used with a frozen crust. In general a sub average slice. 3. Service. The service here is indescribably terrible. The reason we didn't eat here wasn't because of the 40 minute wait, but because of the cashier was so rude about the wait. Instead of replying respectfully she gawked that the pizza would take 40 minutes and you couldn't find any other pizza place in the vicinity with less than a 1 hour wait. They make great thin and crispy pizza. The lady took extra time to make it well done for us. The night we went, she had received order to deliver 60 pies for a wedding after-party, but she made sure that our order was made to our request.
