I went to the store on Tuesday (it was -25 with the wind btw) because I had ran out of actual CBD gummies and I have a health condition that needs to be managed. I had asked for a CBD product, preferably a vape. I was directed to this product. I asked "how asked how much CBD?" And was told "3 grams" it was insisted that it indeed has CBD and a good quanity of it. So I paid the 40$ and left. I opened the package hoping for a pamphlet to clarify, however I did not find any and went looking online. I went to the site itself and got the following screenshots. Went back today and asked if there was an exchange policy as there was a miscommunication error given it clearly is not a CBD product. There is a trace amount of CBDN however I'd have to smoke 3Grams of this product to get what could be got in half of a In-House CBD gummie. I was told "well I'd be out 40$" clearly it can be bought online for 12$ at retail so you know...wholesale... Mind you he was "concerned" about 40$...meanwhile i make 1350$ a month working with homeless children in domestic shelters...that 40$ actually hurts me as I barely meet my needs as it were. This wasn't a excursion to get a high, it's pain management so I can do my job... and I was asking if there was an exchange policy while apologizing. Store was totally empty and I one customer service person was standing outside. Not a big deal figured she was just on break, so I go inside with her asking about their vape selection as I suffer from severe anxiety and was hoping to get something to help, her very first suggestion was to go to dispensary 33 down the street to get THC marijuana products. I tried to explain that I don't handle marijuana well but was looking for suggestions for helping with anxiety for which she had not a single one, I try to ask about delta 8 which is new to me and the difference between that and other CBD products for which she didn't have an answer. I ended up picking a few items on my own without any guidance from the customer service person and left. Spent $120 on items that I hope may help but who knows. I doubt I'll go back again anytime soon especially when you have other stores with very knowledgeable staff. Really disappointed to see how the store declined
