Solid spot for bubble tea for those of you who are big fans of tea. The tea is good and they have a large amount of variety. They also host tea tasting events if youre interested in that! If you're looking to get work done, there's also some spots for seating on the side as well as one large main table. The main drawback for me is that this place is pricier than some other alternative spots. Overall, would recommend!

Sticker on Apple in the tea? First time to try heard many good things about it. But after I took cover I found Apple sticker still on sliced of apple. What should I say? Definitely need improve careful of quality.

I loved this! The perfect amount of sweetness and a fresh mango flavor in the mango oolong tea. You place your order on tablets in front and it was ready after about 10 minutes. The inside was very clean and quiet, and on the street so you can people watch from the tables inside. Great location and drinks!

Stop by for oolong tea with jelly grass and brown sugar before the Redsox game. The place was very busy and time wait for tea tasting was kinda long. It was pretty easy to order our tea on one of their machine and they also offered sample. The tea were pretty expensive but the it tasted pretty good. The worker seemed pretty friendly and the tea shop bright and clean.

Super nicely decorated tea spot! -mango tea: this was nice but the tea taste was barely there. I mainly tasted just mango juice, it was refreshing though. -ding milk tea with taro boba: the taro boba is the star here, tea again was not super strong very milky. I had high expectations seeing how they brew their tea like espresso but was a bit disappointed.

Still yummy, but after having visited a number of times I'm not as blown away by the tea and boba, and I personally have other favorites I prefer in Boston. Good for a solid quality tea flavor if you're downtown since the location is super convenient, and service is quick and helpful, but also other good options in the area.

The drink took a while to prepare but there was plenty of space to sit down and wait so it was okay. I got their popular milk tea and it was so delicious! I think their boba was also good, just a little more on the expensive side but definitely worth a try!

Service and Ambiance: feel like when I walk in there, its as pristine as the renovated restaurant in The Bear. Top notch, they do not mess around, clean and bright, and present your drink like they just made God's gift to you. This tea is hands down the best black boba tea in Boston. I mean you'll certainly pay for it, but worth it. The black tea is high quality, perfectly brewed, and boba are fresh

Really great find! This boba shop was extremely busy on Saturday night, which makes sense given the location right along Mass Ave and Newbury St. The interior is clean, modern, and bright, though there aren't enough seats (or even standing room) for the number of customers! I ordered two drinks off their popular items section, the dong ding oolong tea (light sugar, less ice) with boba and the bubble volcano (less ice). We both loved our respective drinks. The dong ding oolong was great for a tea-focused flavor, and "light sugar" was the perfect sweetness level. The boba was also the ideal texture for perfect chewiness, which isn't always true of boba shops! On the other hand, the bubble volcano will certainly appeal to someone who likes sweets. Both drinks were $8.25 before tax and tip. They came "dressed up" with straws in cute little holders that theoretically make the drinks easier to carry, but I found it difficult with two (since I was worried about the straws falling out). The staff seemed very professional and efficient. We'll definitely be back, and probably for the same exact drinks!

Chicha San Chen is now in Boston! My first time trying was in Cupertino, and I expected the infamous 45 minute wait for one brew of tea --- but I guess we're impatient in the east coast because my order was ready in 5 minutes! Their teas are brewed to order using high-quality loose leaves, with standout options, this time around I got the Osmanthus Oolong lemon with konjac. Really good, but I should have gotten it with honey too to balance out the lemon. The shop is clean with plenty of natural light. Service is fast and friendly, though I ordered from a kiosk. It also looks like they have a tea tasting area which I plan to look into and try for myself. Easily accessible by green line.

Rating: 4.4 Went to try the popular bubble tea shop recently opened in Boston to see if it was worth the hype. When we went it was rainy and the place was a bit difficult to find because the google map location was off and it was on the side of a newly constructed building complex. When we got there there were a-lot of people and was busy but they did have a lot of staffs to cover the load of customers. Inside was pretty small but had some table and chairs to sit and counter to place your orders. It was very busy but was able to quickly place an order through kiosk and they have a monitor to let you know when the order is ready which is very convenient. We ordered the Milk bubble tea and Dingdong oolong tea with boba, perfect sweetness and less ice. The bubble tea came with unique cupholder with string and straw that made it easy to carry the drink. Drink itself was pretty good as the tea was flavorful and not overwhelmingly sweet (with perfect sweetness option). Boba was nice and chewy and slightly sweet. I personally liked my Milk bubble tea better. The service was good and they were also offering tea making demonstration and tasting but the line was long so we decided to skip. Overall the place was pretty good. I would say it's definitely higher quality bubble tea shop than some I've been to. The Price is a bit on higher side considering the portion but I did enjoy it.

They are busy for a reason!! The tea quality is so much better than the usual powder-based boba; you can really taste the difference in your drjnks. They offer different tea levels, which I love. The boba itself is chewy and a bit larger than other places. Plus, the location is great and the shop is clean and nicely decorated.

Drink: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Just tried it today for the grand opening - OBSESSED. I am a HUGE boba fanatic and this might be the best bubble tea I've had in the Greater Boston area. Waited for about an hour to get in but service was so kind, very polite. Tea alone was already delicious, boba was fresh, warm, and perfect texture. Ambiance was beautiful, I loved it, very neat and traditional style. 10/10 would go again, even though the line was super long.

We walked into a space with an energetic atmosphere, an open kitchen, a lively dining room, and a contemporary design that makes the restaurant feel both casual and polished. The layout encourages ordering several dishes for the table, and the variety across the menu makes it easy to build a meal that feels different with each visit. The small plates are the biggest draw because they let you try a wide range of flavors without committing to a single entrée. The pork belly buns are one of the signature dishes, featuring tender pork inside soft steamed buns with a balance of sweet and savory flavors. The dan dan noodles are another standout with their rich, spicy sauce, while the Brussels sprouts have developed a strong following thanks to their crispy texture and bold seasoning. We also appreciated that many dishes are available as half portions, making it easier to sample more of the menu without ordering too much food. The menu offers a good balance between familiar favorites and more creative dishes, with each plate feeling thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor. There are also plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, making it easy for groups with different dietary preferences to find something they enjoy. The service matched the pace of the restaurant during our visit. The staff were attentive, dishes came out steadily as they were ready, and the servers were helpful with recommendations for building a meal around multiple small plates. The restaurant stays busy throughout the evening, so making a reservation is a good idea, especially for dinner or larger groups. Myers+Chang is one of the better places in Boston for creative Asian-inspired small plates. The combination of bold flavors, shareable portions, lively atmosphere, and consistently strong service makes it a restaurant that is easy to return to, especially if you enjoy trying a variety of dishes instead of ordering a traditional entrée.

Located in Boston's Chinatown, we walked into a casual, no-frills space with indoor seating that makes it easy to stop in for a quick meal or stay a little longer with a drink. The setup is simple and functional, the kind of place where the focus stays on the food and the drinks rather than the atmosphere, and the steady flow of customers reflects its popularity as a local stop for a quick, satisfying meal. The fried chicken is the highlight of the menu. The Taiwanese-style chicken is crispy on the outside while staying juicy inside, and the seasoning gives it the signature savory flavor that makes Taiwanese fried chicken so popular. We ordered the chicken steak and popcorn chicken, both of which delivered on the combination of a crunchy coating and tender meat. The portions are generous for the price, making it a filling meal without feeling overly expensive. The seasoning was well balanced, with a subtle spice that added depth without overwhelming the natural flavor of the chicken. The drink selection gives plenty of variety beyond the food. There are classic milk teas, fruit teas, Thai tea, and brown sugar drinks, along with customizable toppings like boba and fruit jellies. We appreciated that the menu offers enough choices whether you want something refreshing to pair with the fried food or simply want to stop by for a bubble tea. The fried chicken and milk tea combination works especially well and feels like the kind of meal you would find at a Taiwanese night market. The atmosphere is simple and relaxed, with enough seating to enjoy your food without feeling rushed. It is not designed as a specialty café where people spend hours working, but it is comfortable enough for a casual lunch or a break while exploring Chinatown. The location is also easy to reach by public transportation, making it a convenient stop if you are already in the area. Cha Kung Fong & X.F Fried Chicken is a great choice if you are looking for crispy Taiwanese fried chicken and bubble tea in one place. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the combination of flavorful fried chicken with a wide selection of drinks makes it a popular stop in Chinatown for a quick, satisfying meal.

I ordered the beef noodle soup ($15.95) and vegetarian leek pie ($9.95). Both came out within 10 minutes. The beef noodle soup had the thin flat wheat noodle ubiquitous in Taiwanese noodle soups. The soup was well-flavored with stock. Too many of these sorts of places over-rely on soy sauce, making a salty yet thin and underflavored bowl. Not here. I will nitpick and say that I would like larger chunks of beef, not the sort of cubed stew beef you see at the supermarket. The vegetarian leek pie (as it's called in the menu) is a pastry stuffed with chive (not leek), egg, and vermicelli. It was decently salted and hot. The portion sizes were quite satisfying as well. Closing thought - this place has, so far, the closest to what I would consider a decent bowl of Taiwanese beef noodle soup I've had in the Boston metro area so far. I'm always on the lookout for it

Service was strange... hot tea came to table right away and was watered down and minimal tea flavor. I ordered a sesame chicken lunch special which came with soup egg drop soup, spring roll , white rice. I ordered a side of beef teriyaki . Waitress asked 1 or 2 teriyaki ? I assumed how many teriyaki sticks or small or large options? I said 2. Egg drop soup and spring roll shows up with duck sauce... egg drop soup was very good. Spring roll was excellent and filling was fresh. Then Next 2 orders of beef teriyaki with 4 sticks each show up??? She takes away my duck sauce from my spring roll... and leaves me with no duck sauce for my beef teriyaki? I now ask for duck sauce for teriyaki? She brings out a hot spicy sauce instead of duck sauce ? The sesame chicken was very good but more sweet and sour sauce flavor than sesame ? The beef teriyaki was extremely tough meat and I had to ask for a knife to cut up? No glass of water as I saw other tables getting water? I had to ask for water as tea wasn't doing it for me ? Then another duck sauce shows up I didn't ask for but glad it did arrive and was needed? Teriyaki had great flavor but tough like beef jerky and one order would have been enough to tolerate without the confusion of getting 2 orders and then also charged for two ? I found the service confusing and not a smooth outing? Then both the waitresses disappeared while waiting for the check . I asked for a glass of water at this point. No fortune cookie, pineapple or exit offering with the check? All in all I was confused.. but I would eat again here and assume staff trying ... next time I'll be very clear what 1 vs 2 means. The menu does look many good options and convenience with parking, location and nice dining room. I would have rate 4-5 stars but the teriyaki wasn't tender and too tough to enjoy.

After doing a quick TikTok search, I was prompted to try out this chicken sandwich from Rubato. We walked over and actually missed it on the street because it's so tiny. After realizing it, we turned around and to our surprise, there were several people inside eating and others waiting. This must be a good sign. We walked in and it was the most casual, laid-back establishment. The green color scheme and plants gave it a more earthy vibe, which I absolutely loved. Since we didn't necessarily know what to order we decided to split the fried chicken bolo. When I tell you, I have not stopped thinking about that sandwich since I ate it, I'm not kidding. It was absolutely delicious. My husband, who was resistant to even going in the first place, kept telling everyone around town about it. We will not skip a beat when in Quincy next to visit this establishment. Thanks for an awesome experience.

The bolo bao was soft, had good flavor and a nice topping. The sandwich did fall apart a bit as you ate it though. The actual chicken was a bit disappointing. It's chicken thigh when I usually like breast for sandwiches. And it wasn't crispy at all. All of the breading was soft. The rice rolls were different. I've never had them served like that where the plain rolls are rolled up and cut into pieces. Then they put the hoisin and sesame sauce on top with the meat and fish balls. The rolls eat pretty bland since the sauce doesn't get into the center. That being said the brisket and fishball flavors were amazing.
