I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I do not like to be pressured when getting my nails done. I go into this place each time already knowing what I want to have done for myself, and what I want for my 10 year old daughter, simply a polish change for her. FOR THE 5TH TIME, My 10 YEAR OLD daughter does NOT need a manicure AND pedicure combo so I didnt appreciate the owner trying to convince me otherwise, multiple times to where I'm now seriously annoyed. The moment I said no (for the 3rd time) they begin to talk in their language which is rude. When were done we didnt even get a thank you! I came in for an acrylic overlay with gel and a pedicure. The owner suggested I do a dip powder instead of acrylic. The nail tech started to remove my gels during my pedicure then told me she would be charging $5 extra for the removal (overpriced). As she proceeded to do the dip powder on my hands she refused to cut my cuticles, she said I didn't need it. I haven't had my nails done in 3 weeks, I needed my cuticles cut. I stopped her and told her to do an acrylic overlay so my cuticles could be cut. I also asked the owner if they use MMA in their acrylic and she said no (i'm hoping that wasn't a lie, MMA is horrible on your nails. The nail tech also tried to convince me to not put color on my nails, she wanted to polish them clear and I had to ask her repeatedly to color them pink. Currently my acrylic is lumpy and all my nails are shaped differently. I asked the nail tech to shape them all evenly and she couldn't get it right. Now I have to go get my nails re-done elsewhere. The pedicure was great, that's the only upside to my service. I won't be returning here and I do not recommend this place. read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars because of Rachel. I walked in to get a gel manicure and it was packed. However, I still got helped in less than 10 min which was nice. Rachel was the one that did my nails and she was super nice and sweet. I always do a clear gel polish and she was understanding (most people will try to pressure me into getting a color) she even offered to do either a clear white or a clear pink. I've always done a clear white and I wasn't sure how a clear pink would look like so she did one layer of the clear pink and made sure I liked it so she can either remove it or let me put it under the LED light. She took her time with my manicure and was not rushed as well. I will come back and try to get Rachel again! Other than that, the atmosphere seemed a little rushed everywhere else, other manicurist were running and talking loud but it was pretty packed so it was understanding. RUDE RUDE RUDE! Went in just to get a color change on nails I got done somewhere else just yesterday. She said it would be $20 for gel color. I thought it was a lot, but I agreed to do it anyway. As she was filing my nails, she goes on to say that the color I chose wouldn't look good, because of how my nails were put on. (My nails are smooth and no bumps whatsoever without any polish) She tells me I can only do a color with glitter and she refuses to do the color I chose in the beginning. At that point I was upset because she told me this AFTER filing the previous color off. I ended up just paying for the file down ($5) because I don't want to pay for a color I don't want. I Ended up playing with $20 bill and she gives me $5 back. She argued with me that I gave her a $10 not a $20 bill. She then checks her register and just throws the $10 bill at me. I came to Chichi's nail salon a week before. It was such a pleasure to have Tammy remove my old acrylic nails. I had been delaying my salon visit due to the hurtful experience at a different salon. That salon put a inexperienced person to remove my acrylic nails. That person did not soak my nails at all. He used nail clippers only. It was awful and very painful. Tammy on the other hand was very good. She soaked my nails for a long time and checked them often. The result was awesome. I was so pleased I brought my granddaughter to have her acrylic nails removed. We requested Tammy. She took her time was professional, and very friendly. Then, when they were in the middle of doing my nails, the person working on my nails wandered off to work on a walk-in and said, "I'll be back in 10 minutes". (!) Took her FOREVER and when I walked out 5 minutes later 2 nails had the top coat not applied correctly...never had me wash my hands at any point and I think I had stuff on my nails causing the top coat not to adhere correctly! Also the owner is EXTREMELY rude to her workers...I felt so sorry for them. She also lied about the wait time to customers walking in and many of them walked out after 30 minutes when she told them 10 minutes. My mom, family friend and I (and my breastfeeding baby) came here for pedicures last week. We all were super impressed with this salon. The pedicures look great, the salon is very clean, the staff is friendly and professional and there were no smelly fumes. The most impressive thing was that I had paid for everyone's service and tipped on my card. The receptionist was very honest and said that unbeknownst to me my mom and her friend already had tipped their pedicurists in cash. So then she had me change and initial my receipt to remove the tips I was giving. I was taken aback by their honesty. Thank you and we will be back again! My pedicurist was Alex and he did the cutest little flower design on my toes. LOVE them! Came here for the first time with my sisters. Place is really clean. I love how the chair tubs are lined with plastic! Makes me less nervous about germs. The staff was very nice. They have a nice variety of nail polish including good brands like OPI and Morgan Taylor. The prices seem to get a little steep after the basic pedicure. I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for. Did an awful job. Got a mani pedi for $32. Still had dry peeling skin on my feet and my toes were still in need of lotion. When I asked them to fix it they said they couldn't. Water soak was cold. Couldn't get out of the massage chair because the girl forgot to let down the arm, left me in the chair and disappeared. I had to struggle to get out of the chair and stubbed my toe in the process messing up my polish. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted a wax. NOPE! Not paying for any more BAD service. So disappointed! This has been my go-to place for pedicures since they opened in Nov. 2014. Yet today, I was seated in a pedi chair and forgotten. I watched as three other customers came in, were seated and service started. As I got up to leave, one of the ladies, said, "you're next." I had just about had it with my former nail place. After reading mixed reviews on ChiChi I thought I would give it a shot. I loved this salon. It was clean and the environment was welcoming. I went around 11:30 am on a Wednesday and they weren't busy at all. I walked in and was seated within five minutes. There are so many colors to choose from. I got a full set with gel and the total came out to $35. Though this sounds costly, I think it was worth it. My former nail salon rushed me in and out and charged $47 for the same manicure. At ChiChi, the technician (I didn't get her name) really took her time and was so friendly. She did an amazing job. ChiChi was so amazing and I definitely will be returning here again. read more

I replied short and squared. The only request that I had was for her to clean up the nail polish around my cuticles. She did just that. She was very kind, very friendly lady.
