Chick-fil-A has the best customer service of any restaurant I think there ever has been or ever will be LOL... Every employee I'm convinced, is trained in customer service and satisfaction. If anything is wrong with your order, how sometimes things do happen, all you have to do is flag down one of the 5000 nearest servers and they will be more than happy to replace whatever you say is wrong with no questions asked. I ordered through the app and requested curbside service thinking it would be faster than drive thru. Once I arrived and checked in, I waited at least 10 minutes for the app to indicate that the order was ready and would be brought out. Five minutes later, I went into the store to find my order sitting behind the counter. After the employees ignored me for a few minutes, I waved one over and asked for my order. Always amazing service. I love the way Chick-fil-A treats their employees. They provide educational benefits, great wages, especially for this area. So the good treatment of the employees shows in how the employees treat their customers. As we all know, customer service in general these days is lacking. That's not the case here. Always great customer service. It's a little pricey but you have to remember you are getting fresh everything and real chicken. It's the only "fast food" place I feel good about taking my kids to and my go to when I can't bring lunch to work. FREE MYSTERY BREAKFAST TUESDAYS! This particular location does free breakfast Tuesdays. But it's a mystery so you don't know what you're going to get. You simply go through the drive thru on Tuesday morning and say "I'd like the mystery breakfast, please." It's one per person. You don't have to buy anything else. Just got treated like trash! Kid with the afro continuously harasses you. Asked me to leave after buying $50 worth of food. I showed him my order confirmation. He stated he couldn't find my order and he proceeded to be very nasty. He demanded that I leave even though we purchased food we were waiting on getting. The kid with the afro wouldn't give me his name. Based on his vulgarity he either doesn't like white people or he has a real personal problem. My family and I enjoyed watching his face when his co worker brought out our food. He stayed at my car the entire time being rude and nasty. Maybe if he did his job and not harass customers he would be able to find mobile order. read more

Wow - great service by Carlos and some good breakfast sandwiches. Normally I do not visit fast food places often. Chick-fil-A happens to be one I like when I need a quick bite to eat. My experience this morning may be the best I have ever had a fast food place. Whereas the food was very good, the service by Carlos was outstanding. His manners, attention to detail and his appearance were all AAAAA+++++! Everyone should wear an ironed shirt to work like Carlis does. I have never heard someone say multiple sincere thank you's to his co workers like I did with Carlos. It is obvious he appreciates his team members and he values working at Chick-Fil-A. Ordered two meals, they put three. Had to get a refund back. Then I ask for lemonade with no ice, they out ice. She just had a big attitude like if I made the mistake. Usually chic-fil-A is great service. Well, except this location. Do not recommend at all. Even another customer noticed the attitude. No apologies either. Wow! Chick-fil-A continues its dominance of all fast food chains. My goodness. This has to be one of the cleanest fast food joints I've ever seen. Everyone knows how fast and efficient the drive-thru process is and this location is no different. Get this. Standing inside and ordering OUR FOOD WAS ON A TRAY AND IN OUR HANDS BEFORE WE EVEN FINISHED PAYING! That's impressive to me if you couldn't already tell. Chik-fil-A is cool. This is probably the best costumer service you'll receive from a restaurant in Albuquerque or possibly the world. It is almost as if the company hired regular people and turned them into positive costumer service. It's great. Tasty chicken and always friendly staff. "My pleasure" is usually the response after you say thanks. This is not only at this location but many locations nationwide. I stopped by the drive thru today and satisfied my craving for the nuggets. I've always liked the Chick-fil-A sauce but tried the other sauces as well for no extra charge. I can see why the Polynesian sauce is also quite popular. The flavors were almost familiar to me. But oh so tasty! I will stick with my Chick-fil-A sauce for now but may try the others next time. I stopped at this location for lunch today. I placed my order and waited in line at the drive thru.... just to realize I didn't have my card!! I got to the window and explained that I didn't have it and was very sorry. To my surprise the employee said "it's okay, don't worry about it!". After a really long drive we just wanted something to eat how did the car next to us not get denied service. I like this Chick-fila even better than the one close to my home on Holly Ave NE. The service is pretty fast and there are a few things they do better, so take notes Holly Ave: - Aren't nearly as chincy with the fries. It is fairly often that my fries are not even close to being filled all the way at the other Chickfila location. - Drinks are NOT 98% ice. They still put too much ice in the drinks, but they aren't nearly as bad as the Holly Ave location. - They put the straws in the drinks for you when in drive-thru (with the wrapper on the top to keep it sanitary) - sounds like a minor thing, but my daughter thought it was "fancy" - I just liked the fact that I don't have to bend or break the straw trying to the wrapper open while driving. - Food is fresh and delicious. The food is delicious and fresh at the other location too also. However, it just tastes better at this location. The only drawback at this location is that I go through drive-thru during lunch hour, I'm in a hurry to get back to work because I've got stuff to do, but they tend to be kind of chatty in the drive thru window which holds up the line, so much so that I've been tempted to beep.
