The kitchen appreciation fee made it so I won't be back. Pay your staff better, raise prices, but don't put on a mandatory fee. I support paying better and getting rid of tips.

She brought water for us which she refilled as well as my ice tea. I ordered chicken enchiladas but she thought it was strange I said no chiles. I was surprised there were chopped jalapeños in my salad. The beans were tasteless and the rice was lukewarm. My conception of enchiladas was different from their version but it was filling and there were 3 layers of shredded chicken with melted cheese. Both adults also got the pork belly flatbread. I found it a bit unbalanced with too much sauce and not enough other toppings, and the base wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Speaking of crispy, we opted for the appetizer brussel sprouts, and they were a bit chewy and on the not so super crispy side. Grabbed a Mata G Protein Sampler and Asian Salad. Wasn't expecting much from a grab-and-go, but this food is fire! Rich hummus redolent with smoked paprika, lemon and tahini, ultra-fresh tabouleh (is that cardamom in there?), umami-bomb tofu salad and quality spiced olives. Just WOW! Dipping some Albuquerque tortillas into this deliciousness--can hardly wait for the salad at dinnertime where I'll be somewhere in Arizona. Mata G, you saved me from another mid vegan train pasta. Someday, I'll be in ABQ for longer than 30 mins, and first thing I'll do is seek out your restaurant. You're doing it right!

It's so good you might even catch me licking the plate. Do yourself a favor and pair your pizza with the Lambrusco. The sparkling red wine complements the spice of the pepperoni perfectly. We also never skip the Caesar salad, which is generously sized and topped with a mountain of freshly shredded Parmesan. My only complaint has nothing to do with the food. Serving everything on paper plates with plastic forks feels completely out of step with the restaurant's otherwise great atmosphere. Investing in real plates, flatware, and maybe an extra dishwasher would elevate an already fantastic dining experience.

Prices were reasonable. Place had too many employees, but whatever. No, I won't be returning.
