This location is AWFUL! Without a doubt the WORST Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars, I would! I've lived in Allen for over a year and I've held off on giving them a bad review. I keep hoping their service & food quality would improve, but they're just a lost cause. They have no clue on how to prepare or serve food & drinks. Order a sweet tea, they give you unsweet, order well done nuggets and instead they serve you cold ones that taste like they've been sitting out for a while. Order a chicken sandwich with no pickles and what they do is remove the pickles from a sandwich that's already been made. The pickle taste remains on the bottom of the chicken. That's ridiculous! What's so hard about preparing a fresh one?!?! Don't order frosted coffees at this location! 9 out of 10 times I've had to send it back to get re-made cause the first one was watery & runny. They forget to put sauces requested in the bag, they forget your sides, their food is served lukewarm at best! I could go on and on and on, but if you're reading this, you get the point. Lunch hour is crazy busy but the staff is quick, friendly & helpful; they will help you find a seat, bring you condiments, drink refills, open doors, anything. They have a way of making small talk with any of the guests, creating instant camaraderie and helping everyone feel welcome and special. One of our favorite places to visit weekly. read more

Chicken sandwich- I love how the meat is juicy but not too juicy. Chicken biscuit- Again, the meat is the perfect balance of juicy but not too juicy. Chicken soup- Very large chunks of meat. And very tasty. Fruit cups- The fruit is fresh and perfect!! I never liked orange slices until I ate here. Waffle fries- potato perfection. It was great food it was made quick where my wife and kids weren't complaining to me constantly that they where hungry. But I do have one question? Where do you get your workers and if they volunteer to join your staff what bootcamp do they go to? It seems like the way they always say "my pleasure" like it's "sir yes sir" or "aye aye sir" I am just can't believe it they go in robot mode and I feel like I should lead a rebellion like red dawn to break them out to freedom. I just drove-thru at this Chick-fil-A location. We ordered two salads, fries, and drinks. My teammate and I come here probably once a week, and though we have been highly irritated by the clear control issues with the drive thru lanes , we continue to come because the food is usually consistent and good. However, we got back to work, I opened my salad container, and had two pieces of raw chicken on top of my salad. I was clearly disgusted, but I know mistakes happen. So, I called the Chick-fil-a expecting them to also be horrified; however, the lady on the phone was very unconcerned and non-chalante. She was more worried about me sending her a photo than fixing the situation for me. She asked if there was anything she could do, and I said, well I'd like a new salad because I now have no lunch. That was clearly now my problem. I feel pretty sure with the (at least) 30 employees they had working, one of them could deliver a new salad 10 minutes away, but that was not an option. She said she would try to send me a coupon, but I have yet to receive that. She could have at least been concerned, even if she couldn't get me a new salad. Customer service is gone. read more

I come here often to dine in. Service is great because it's Chick-fil-A, but the food isn't that good sometimes. Sometimes the spicy chicken sandwich isn't that great, and my mom ordered the chicken noodle soup and it looked awful. The food seems to be a hit or miss at this location! I will still keep coming because location is convenient and I am not THAT picky I just find it hard to believe this Chick-fil-A has a hard time getting it right. I'm legit only giving this 5 stars because of Mckinnen! He was so nice and friendly and helped me get my ice cream cone to go exactly how I wanted! He was so patient with me while I took forever to decide on what I wanted and I the mean time I created a line of cars that wrapped all the way around the building and he didn't even sweat it at all. It didn't even bother him and he remained calm and kept smiling the entire time! The only bad thing about this particular location is the traffic and parking is a mess! CFA always has good food and the service is good -dependable and fast, but I'm only giving it 3 stars. As a frequent customer who works in the area, I have noticed the employees outside taking orders in 100 degree heat seem weary. The umbrellas seem useless as they have to leave its shade to take an order. I suspect they don't rotate employees from outside to inside often enough. Do a better job, managers. read more

This place is the best run fast food joint EVER. The food speaks for itself but the service is above all else.

They typically are friendly and accommodating but when I pointed out that I was overcharged the head manager lady (in the AM) did not show any type of apology and her attitude was not very nice considering I had all the receipts in place and that they had made a big mistake by overcharging me and not owning it. I'm very disappointed in the service I received and how I was treated. I hope someone comes in and sees how unprofessional her attitude is because I have worked in the restaurant industry long enough to know that it is not acceptable to question the customer and withhold a polite apology for the mistake that took place. The fact that I had to drive back there and to be treated that way is unacceptable. I do not recommend going here and will continue to go to the other Chick-fil-A off of Stacy Road that is extremely better than this one. If their AM female manager does not try and show more professionalism and friendliness towards the customers- this Chick-fil-a location will lose customers and profits. read more

I think this Chick-fil-A is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes, it's super clean, and the employees are really friendly. Other times, not so much. I realize it's a busy Chick-fil-A, but often the employees seem a little scattered and short-tempered. I don't often hear "my pleasure" or "may I refresh your beverage" or any of those other standard Chick-fil-A phrases. Last night, there were straw wrappers on many of the uncleaned tables, and I had to step over napkins and nuggets on the floor. If you like chicken sandwiches then this Chick-Fil-A is one of the good ones. Service is fast, order accurate and now the negative. Filled with lots of kids and thus a little noisy. The management tries hard to accommodate the customers. The food is hot and quickly served. Parking is busy around the place since it sits in front of a large shopping center. I called and spoke to the manager in which he was very nice and took down my information so that I could come later to get a free meal. When I went to get it they were unable to find my information however did go ahead and replace it for free. read more
